Please, I just want to look around the store without being stopped every 5 feet to be reminded about hot cash, buy one get 30% off, making a hottopic account, then insisting on checking to make sure that account exists and I'm getting emails. Stop making your workers do this, it turns a 10 minute walk around the store to see what stuff I want to get online, take twice as long and keeps me from actually seeing what I might want to buy.

Taking my teenagers back to school shopping and had the worst experience with the rudest cashier. We will not be coming back to this location if we have to deal with Sandra at the register again. She was unprofessional. She was carrying on a conversation with a coworker, and then told me I had interrupted them and was rude when I asked a question about a shirt price. The woman in line behind us witnessed the whole interaction told the cashier never mind placed her items back on the shelf and left the store.

My boyfriend and I walked into the store, and I was looking for Sanrio items. A girl named California asked if I needed any help she was nice, and I asked her for a medium-sized shirt. I was holding my Sanrio tumbler that I got from Gamestop. The girl took a bit, so I approached another lady working there. She said there wasn't any but some at another location. I asked her if they could put it on hold. She mentioned 30% off a second item. I told her thank you. I would head over there. As I was leaving, she told me that if I purchased my item, it would be 30% off. I didn't know what she was referring to until I noticed her pointing at my tumbler. I told her it was mine and I got it at Gamestop she asked to see the tag. I showed her the tag and even told her that I got cards over there. My bf was holding his pack of cards in hand with the receipt around it. She said that he got a lot of cards and they have a limit purchase of 5 packs in store with a look of disbelief. I know she was insinuating that the items were stolen. I felt uncomfortable as I was trying to leave the store. I got the shirt from a different location. Conversion matters, so treat customers better. Thank you
