Honestly I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sylvia at H&R Block. From start to finish, she demonstrated an extraordinary level of patience and professionalism that went far beyond my expectations. She took the time to carefully answer every question I had, no matter how silly I thought it was. She is one that cares, and I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout the process.
Her deep knowledge and expertise were evident to say the least. Thanks Sylvia for being both kind and professional.

The staff is great. However they assured me that I could use the emerald card and transfer my money to my bank so easily. My review is for the emerald card. Do not get it. It has been nothing but a stupid hassle for no damn reason. Never again. I only agreed to use their card because they assured me the issues I had with the card would not be an issue.

I had an exceptional experience with Kabir at this H&R Block location. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensuring I applied all applicable deductions. Despite my struggles with navigating the H&R Block website, Kabir's quick and knowledgeable assistance made the process seamless. This location truly deserves five stars for both their excellent service and customer care.
