Emailed their customer service address and worked with Traico who was extremely helpful in my purchase of the entire door and an extra curtain for the future. Pricing is very fair and the quality of their products is top notch. Far superior product to the roll up shower door that came with my camper. Not only did they respond, but did so in an extremely quick time frame, even on weekends and after business hours- but also worked to resolve the issue I was having.
