Used it less 5 times stoped working no way to repair because they can't fix it if it's not under warranty
So I guess now that my other scanners are not under warranty they can't fix them also

Highly recommend. Best customer service I've had in a long time, Jerad was more than helpful getting my account transferred and was super understanding with my lack of technical knowledge. Thank you you have gained a customer for life.

Customer service here has gone down the drain. Takes forever to get anyone on the phone and once your “first in line” sometimes you get hung up on and you have to wait again

Don't buy it. It is not working , they do marketing for Online Coding and Programming but trust me it is not working, I have this Computer for a year already and if i was able to do programming once and coding twice was good, after that again it is having issues to donwload data and etc, Tried to contact Lunch Tech USA and nobody can help you there. If you decide to buy it , buy PAD VII European Version because that it is working with no issues. Please do not spend 4K for this one buy the Autel or something else just don't waste your money for a product that dose not work or is working once in 2 monts. :))) Hope you guys don't make the same mistake i made it. and yes, costumer service is the worst one, they have no idea what is going on with you scanner, they don't care and in my opinion this company should be banned in USA for selling products for 4K Plus and have no costumer service to help figure out the problem. Pleaseeeee Do not buy USA version of the Launch , if you like Launch scanners buy the China or European Version and you will have no problem with.

customer service is HORRIBLE !!!!!!no help whatsoever,,,,,,,and they don't care if are dissatisfiedspend $1600 on a piece of equipment and it does not work,,,and NO help from customer supportIf you get somebody on the phone ,,, it is an idiot that does not know anything,,,,, send an e-mail to them and no responseI will NEVER purchase anything from Launch Tech again.

No customer service to even buy 2400.oo dollar scanner. After reading the reviews I think I will look elsewhere. There answering mach is completely full. Signs of alot issues with this operation.

Just picked up the CRP 429, this thing is awesome. I’m still figuring it out, it has some options that I hope I never need to get into, but it’s nice to know it’s there if I need them.This tool is built like a tank, it feels solid, it has no give at all. I’m not a mechanic, I only plan on using this tool on a handful of cars so I’m gonna be bummed when my year of free updates runs out. $300 a year seems steep for what I’m using this tool for, so this tool might of been overkill for my needs, but for now I really couldn’t be happier with my purchase, thank you.

DON"T BUY LAUNCH PRODUCTS !!!!!!!!I Purchased a x431 pro bi tool last August of 2019August 2020 my Bluetooth stopped working. called in the day after its 1 year warranty and had to go due to having a customer that i need to helptoday is November 12 2020I had to purchase a ds201 blue tooth module at the tune of $400i have had calls to launch launch about it daily nowstill not workingPaul Hammer is the tech support manager and he needs to be somewhere elseI have never had such bad tech support in my life!they have an excuse for everything.they wanted me to drill a hole in my old old module so i could have my new one programed. I own the product not them. if it was warranty i could understand but i had to buy it not them

the products are good very good but service is terrible, i am trying to reach any person except the lady who picks up the phone and no chance, nobody is answering even phone cals and mails. What kind of mentality that they are leaving their customers alone after sales????

I am STUCK!! My transmission has some codes that will not let it work. I am in the "limp" mode. That is designed to keep the transmission from tearing itself up. I have done the repair, now l NEED to clear that code!! If l am not able to clear it, the transmission will not work in the higher gears. I just called my "local dealer". The recording says these Bozoz will be closed until after NEW YEAR!! I need help with this damn thing NOW!! NOT NEXT YEAR!! MAJOR FAIL!!
