Pretty bad profiling with scalper prices.
I did my best by carrying a basket and never grabbed multiple items at a time, but obviously the lady working there thought it wasn't enough so she followed us throughout the store. She was even unfriendly at checkout.
As far as pricing, Sanrio items were horribly inconsistent. A 5 dollar notepad is okay (and expected), but 9 dollars for a half inch stamp, and 17 for a 5 inch plush is ridiculous. I'll be sticking to the Sanrio online store.
That was my first, and last visit.

Followed me right as I walked in. Couldn’t enjoy looking at things without the lady with the bob following me around. Don’t shop here staff is racist.

Entered she was at the door, there had been other people already in there but when I walked in with my sister we started being followed around so if you don’t resemble a white or Asian person in here don’t recommend or you will be followed around.

Went in to find a cute plushie and I was followed around by a male employee. He followed me for a good 10 minutes or so as I was browsing the plushies section. Will not be returning.

possibly the worst experience. it was my first time going there today and the staff were rude and weird. didn’t like the vibe at all. wish i could give this store a zero.

They have a lot of sanrio and cute things!! but the only problem is the the manager or employees follow you around the store and it makes it very uncomfortable to be in there lol

Don't go in unless you want to be followed. Couldn't enjoy looking at the Sanrio stuff cause of that Asian lady is following me and pretending to fix/organize something close to me.?

This store has cute, rare items but the owner/employees follow you around the store AS SOON as you walk in. It ruins the shopping experience. I have been there a lot and there hasn't been one time I haven't been followed. I go there to just window shop mostly because I don't want to spend my money on an establishment that thinks I am a thief. Find a new strategy for loss prevention. At the end of the day you are still losing money.

Hello and happy Easter everyone ! Just wanted to make a little review! Today I came in shopping with my family. And also today is my birthday ! Now I am a mother with a 3 year old . And 3 year olds like to touch stuff in stores . It happens . My daughter touched one of the displays in the window and this rude woman comes up and says "your daughter can't be there " so I took my kid and walked away. The whole time shopping the angry lady with no eyebrows was staring at me . And sent one of her coworkers to customer service me. Uhm thanks for Alienating me and my daughter. You have made this shopping experience awful. Uhm don't come in here with your children . They literally hate you. If you hate kids don't work in a toy store.

I'm only giving one star because today 3/14/2024 my friend and I were followed throughout the entire store up until we paid, it was an older Asian lady she was rude and interrupted our conversation with another male employee. There are so many reviews that are similar to this they should really look into it!! The store overall sells good stuff Sanrio items that are typically $2 cheaper than at the Sanrio store. Good selection but some stuff are very overpriced. Please look into the service at this place.

My sister and her girlfriend went in there to look around for something cute for my sister’s birthday and one of the workers(a little older and taller) walked up to her and accused her of stealing a four dollar notebook. Completely unprofessional and out of protocol. This store should re-evaluate their employees and actually teach them what the mall protocols are. We will be reporting this incident soon.

I loved the merchandise they carry but when I entered I was stared down the entire time. Tall lady with a bob did nothing but lose a customer. Also a male worker was in my way and wouldn’t move cause he was staring everyone down. This is one way to easily lose a customer. People like that ain’t getting my money. If I can rate it a -0 MF I would. Y’all don’t deserve to have customers. Needs new management asap
