This place took a $3000 deposit had my truck for over a year. I just went last week. My truck doesn’t even look like it’s been moved for the last year now I’m asking for my money and they’re giving me excuses that her son’s in the hospital then when I ask her about her son, she acts like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. These people are crooks. I wish I could give them a -5 star. It’s businesses like this that make it hard for people to trust other businesses. Please get your shit together and get people their cars back. Hopefully the city or the Better Business Bureau can do something about this. I will be filing a complete, but unfortunately it looks like there’s plenty of other ones. God bless those who have suffered under these outrageous ordeal

Horrible place to take your car , older owner the (the.woman) had horrible service I had my Camaro there over a year and all they was buy a cracked hood for me charged me $2000 to do nothing for the car for a year , would always make excuses about her family members being in trouble (excuses)and that’s why she couldn’t work on the car , gave me useless invoice that says she charged me $2000 for misc fees , horrible place to go save yourself a beach ache and find a good and reliable place ,

Hi made a stupid mistake of trusting somebody’s word that this shop would do a great job on repairing the right front fender of my Lexus I S350 StarFire pearl white. I received a quote from a collision center in Rancho Cucamonga prior to this for $2800 and I received a quote from The Toyota dealership for a little bit less. The quote included the repair from what looked to be somebody, possibly coming down hard onto my right fender or kicking it, causing the fender to dent in as well as the fact my passenger door opening, the hood of my car being pushed over and missing lining the front a little bit. Trying to be smart and not use insurance because my premium is super high, I decided to give this place a try as I read other reviews that were not too bad. If I’m being completely honest, I didn’t have a good feeling from the beginning. I knew this was gonna be a bad mistake, and I knew I was going to kick myself in the butt for not going to the Lexus dealership or Toyota dealership. And here I am with a new front fender that does not match in color that is dented already and cracked as well. They could not fix anything else they just replaced the fender and there’s paint sprayed all along the bottom, it’s not even put on correctly. It looks like a kinder gardener fix my car. I am beside myself and I will not take this back to them. I do not want them to even touch my car to even try to fix their mess. So I am out the $600, yes I should’ve known just buy that price that this was gonna be a botch job. So now I’m out $600 and back at square one trying to figure out what would be the best most safest and well done place. They can repair my Lexus. It’s not going to cost me too much out of my pocket. Please stay away from this place if you have a nice car and you have a nice paint job. My car is my baby I have a ceramic coating and I’m just baffled at how terrible of a job this is that they would even be OK with charging a customer for what they’ve done you are being warned

Knowing Mrs. Mary for many years, always helping with our needs with the cars and always very good prices and obviously if your car is urgent, it depends on how much you give her as a deposit. Your car will be quick to work on.

Had a few estimates done for a dent to my 2019 Ram truck's rear door. Medinas was not only more reasonable with their pricing, but they were also very knowledgeable and had many positive reviews.Afte7r getting my baby back, I am blown away. My truck looks brand new and they sent her back in immaculate condition. Worth every cent! Thank you so much for your amazing service!!!!1

Had a car accident and they were cool intil my cats damage was @95% totaled out once they realize they were not going to be able to do any worse they gave me the runaround my paperwork was not done they charged me $150 for a storage fee which was supposed to come from my insurance I would never recommend this place
