How isn’t there more bad reviews about this place. Every single time I go here there are always issues with the gas pumps. The staff is horrible, never friendly. Boy, I wish google had a zero stars buttton because I would be hitting that button on repeat!

in all of my years have i ever ben greated with such great customer service I have ever experienced I stopped to get my propane tank refill the young African American man helpped me he definitely needs to get a pay increase for the great service he gave me I'll be returning in the future.

If you wash your car you get a discount on gasoline and the 6th one is free! ?*Update* Re: Mobil gas station on Archibald and Riverside in Ontario. I had to change my 4 stars to a two stars, & again from 2 stars to 1. Apparently there are some Employees that WILL NOT honor the free SUPREME car wash when you purchase 5 washes, you get the SIXTH one for free as a "SUPREME" wash not the $10 "EXPRESS" wash. Employee continued to argue with me even after another employee,(Female) explained that he was wrong. It's just easier to buy gas elsewhere. **UPDATE** 8/18/2024, Again I tried to use my Full car wash card for my free car wash, and AGAIN they refused to give it to me. (You pay for 5 & the 6th one is free) I had 2 stamps close together with a total of five, the attendant would NOT recognize it as Give (5) PAID car washes and even if he did, he said he would not give me the supreme wash just the $10 express wash. Indian man mid fifties. I'm starting to think it's the Indian men there that have issues with Americans or other POC in general. Whenever the female employee is there it's not an Issue, By the way, I went to the sister gas station in DIAMOND BAR and it was not a problem there, they honored my CAR WASH CARD no problem. I have an African-American female friend who says she has experienced the SAME ISSUES when she goes to this Gas Station as well and only when the (Indian male) employees are working. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried to patronize their business again but, this is starting to seem Anti-American/POC to me, I will just have to take My business and Money elsewhere but you, as Americans have the RIGHT to Know. Thank You, God Bless America ??????????????????????????

First of all the costumer service is second to non. Everyone that works there is very nice especially ,Khushpreet who is always extremely friendly and helpful. On several occasions I have seen her deal with a rude and obnoxious customer and keep her cool and professionalism. She akways makes you feel welcome. I normally visit here atleast 3 days a week to pickup cigarettes( one of the few places that carry my brand) and fill the gas tank in the cars. As of lately they have been out of my brand not because they don't have them but because there is only one key and the manager does not leave it. Please fix this management so I can give you 5 stars

Excellent service, friendly yet busy at the same time gives the atmosphere returning vibe. Great selctions of thirst quenching beverages. Very clean and organized.
