There’s a lady that left the back of her hair like a birds nest with silver toner and ugly blonde streaks in her hair that kept laughing and giving ugly looks at customers who were rightfully upset for waiting at the front of the line for over an hour before going in the store. She should come in with a better attitude instead of starting her day like that I hope she has a better day :)

I was helped by Michelle (Assistant Manager) and she was very rude when showing me some rings. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times and when I told her I was going to purchase more than a ring she went ahead and processed the transaction and did not respect the bracelet offer that is going on right now until I asked for it and she told me she had to ask because she did not know nothing about it when the person who was at the entrance was the one who told me about the offer. After she processed the transaction U asked for the rose gold bracelet and she told me I did not qualify for it, that I needed to spend over $300 in order to qualify. I told her that my purchase was not complete yet and she said she had already processed the payment, that I could not return nor the bracelet and what the ring, and that she was not going to attend me no more. When the second person came I asked her if I could return the ring and buy something else so I could qualify for the offer, she told me that there was no problem. When Michelle heard her she went straight at us and did not let the other person help us. She seemed bothered and was using a very sarcastic tone all along. We ended up spending over $300 but were attended very poorly by this specific person who clearly doesn’t represent a behavior worthy enough for the positions she has in the store.

Yesterday I went with my girlfriend to the boutique and the person who claimed to be the manager, a red-haired lady, while we were shopping, pressured the advisor who was serving us to charge us and take care of someone else. Because they can't spend a lot of time with a single client since I was buying several Charms and I wanted to see others to give to my family for Christmas but I didn't feel like it anymore with the treatment and the looks of the manager that from what I see In the comments it is like that with everyone, or just because we are Mexican and we don't speak English. Despite everything, my girlfriend left happy with her ornament.

Now I went to Pandora in the afternoon and the person at the door, all arrogant, told me that I had to wait.I was walking with my 4-year-old son and my son sneezed and the ridicule came and I told one of her to go to the winery and look for masks ? and she tells everyone that because my son had the covid at this stage it is a mistake of education and empathy I need this to be resolved because they cannot discriminate against people in that way

went with my daughter to return a bracelet that she couldn’t wear at work, to the Ontario mills location. we were greeted by a kind, nice young lady. however, she went to get the manager. she was short and black hair ( yesterday is when I went) she came out and told us from the start couldn’t return it cause it was worn. even though the receipt says we have 30 days to return. i told her that it didn't make any sense. then she told us it’s her store policy and rules and wont accept returns that are worn. before we left i mentioned to her that a manager shouldn’t run a store if you have an attitude and adequate customer service skills. weirdly enough, you can try on jewelry, earrings like my daughter did before purchasing items. it’s okay because after they are sent to the back and are cleaned and people come and purchase them afterwards. isn’t that considered being used? manager at this store is very rude and lacks people skills similar to a karen that tries to belittle people using their title at their store. it didn’t work because another location accepted the return without any hassle. apparently this manager can make their own rules and stir troubles with clients, on pandora’s receipts stating 30 days to make a return. will never return to this pandora location, hope that manager learns better skills where she lacks greatly.
