First, 3 of my tires where installed inside out.. 2nd, they dont even bother to clean the mess from the lubrication they put for the tire installment.. handed the car to me with the white patches scattered all over the tire, didt even wipe it at all, and told me to come back the nextday to re install the tire, so the next morning i came back for reinstallment and to re check the alignment they did for the reason that my steering wheel is not centered wheen im driving straight... its slightly tilted to the right... 3rd they lifted the car exqctly underneath the plastic side skirt??? Hows that sound? Basically scratched my car.. they said he always does that, so basically he always hurt somebodys car.. he said its a plastic and flexible... i said what????? And then they put the car down and re lifted it again just to meke me happy they said... and then they test drive the car to see the alignment they did. And said it was perfectly fine... so they didnt do anything about it... i am the one deiving the car, so i would know... it was in perfect alignment until i brought my car to them.. what a big mistake.. be careful guys bringing ur car here.. basically paid $200+ for messy tire installation and mis aligning my car

Best customer service when other shops didn't want to help because they where closed this location helped me out my tire popped and had no other way to get home and they helped me out right before closing appreciate the help from this crew thank you Juan Oscar & Pablo for getting me back on the road appreciate you guys

3rd person in line and told 45 min for oil change, tire rotation and just check brakes for wear. Came back 3 hours later to iil change not even started and the lie "the tech is recommending brakes and new rotors"!! Why not turn them I asked well because "I sent random bullsh*t pep boys technical words here" Sigh My vehicle has 20,000 miles and I need new rotors? I'll wait so the guy at front said "well do you want to wait to rotate tires cause we don't have them off yet" Them I got out to watch oil change andy tires are off!! After oil change I watched the employee of the year bring my 2023 vehicle down to ground with rear tires still off and quickly bring it back up to put rear tires on. They didnt reset my change oil reminder Other than all of this the guy up front lying to me about the rotors was friendly

I've gone to this location several times and they regularly do things smoothly and quickly. Every now and then you come across a random issue in your car and it created a small setback in one of my visits that Ignacio helped to remedy in a very punctual and communicative fashion. You can trust that they'll do right by you here and I've experienced it multiple times myself. Big shoutout to Ignacio & Juan who took care of me on my last visit!

I never write reviews but I wanted to give one for the people working here. Not only was it incredibly busy but Oscar was attentive and patient the whole time. I was having issues with my bank and Oscar was helpful and patient the whole entire time even after asking him 20 times to help me run it to make sure the bank had fixed the issue. I appreciate the service, quick response, and exceptional manners. ?

I just started going to Pep Boys in Ontario a couple of months ago and I wanted to take the time to write a review because my experience has been great when going here. They really make you feel welcome and have taking care of my vehicles needs and don't have me walking out of there thinking what did I just pay for. The times I have gone I have dealt with Oscar at the front desk and he is amazing and super friendly. Thank you for your great service.

Just today I visited Pep Boys to address an issue with my car's splash guard coming loose. While I needed specific bolts that only the dealership had, the team went above and beyond to assist me by securing it with zip ties, just as I had requested.I want to express my gratitude to Juan, who was incredibly helpful throughout this process. Was here twice this week with non-related issues (oil change and then tires). Both times were pleasant and relatively quick. I like the fact that the service advisors don’t push everything under the sun at you like the dealers do.Current tire promotion I got was cheaper than what I was seeing at Costco and ended up being easier to get an appointment at pep boys too.
