So cute and so perfect!! Arrived quickly! It was really easy to set up just looking at instructions, I installed it upside down, I found that easiest to do. Pretty sturdy also! The lil voids loved it instantly with some catnip of course lol. If you’re worried about it not being sturdy enough and being knocked over I would just add a brace to the cat box to the wall should be pretty good then. Also came with a little rubber brush for cleaning cat hair off!

Pet pals just sent us a free cat-tree. They told me about 2 weeks delivery, I got it in only 1.Easy to assemble, nice design, not too bulky nor heavy and good quality... just perfect.And our cat already loves it.Great service.

I’m giving PetPals 2 stars because the company makes very aesthetic trees with little to no thought about the actual usability. Any of their products that are higher than 2-3 feet above the floor is dangerous for your pet. No amount of propping your cat tree against the wall will solve the structure’s stability. The base of their trees need to be wider as they’re not remotely sufficient to hold your cat’s daily play. An idea would be to hire designers and employees that own cats, and use your own tree before launching it. Online support was also a terrible experience with one person transferring responsibilities to yet another person, and so forth. We would love to see more stable structures because PetPals makes one of the most aesthetically pleasing trees in the market. But if we are paying a high price, we would assume that the quality follows.
