Petro Travel Center is a restaurant where the staff are generally friendly and professional. While many customers appreciate the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff, there are ongoing concerns regarding the state of the restrooms, which have been described as dirty and smelly. The location has made some improvements, particularly in the fuel desk and parking lot, but areas like the store and laundry room still need updates. The parking is not cheap but helps keep out local drivers, making it easier for those needing a place to park overnight. The restaurant has recently changed management from TA to Petro, and prices are considered reasonable for the convenience of the location. However, some customers have noted that the hamburger served at the iron skillet restaurant is not as expected, as it is one patty cut in half rather than two. The pecan pie at the fuel desk remains a notable menu item.
Excellent service,,,, a big parking lot and the best a very nice fitness center

Parking is not cheap but it keeps out the riff-raff, and the local drivers, so the drivers who don’t live nearby and who genuinely need a place to park overnight now have a place to park. I can remember back in the day finding parking here was impossible, no matter the day or the time.
