Do not go here for custom jewelry! Sam and his team made an engagement ring for me that was completely wrong. The band was not what I asked for, all the diamonds were different shades, and two were loose. I requested they fix the errors and was charged more money. After 2 months and 8 visits, it was still different diamond colors and setting was now bent. San told me, “It’s a custom ring, it’s not going to be perfect”. That should be their slogan… finally I asked for a refund because the ring was hopeless. Sam said he would sell it on consignment and give me the proceeds after a 10% commission was paid to him. Yup. He wanted me to pay him commission to sell the distressed ring he sold me… I said no. After back and forth he gave me a refund of $1,000 less than I paid for “materials and labor”. Sam messed up my ring and I still paid him $1,000? Crooked. Will never go back there.

BEWARE. Lots of fake junk here. They like to do the bait and switch with your gold chains. There's many other choices this place is not the one you want SAVE YOUR TIME AND GAS.

I paid $11,000 for a necklace just to get it appraised to find out they are not real diamonds they’re moissanites please check your jewelry before you leave and I went to Sam and his wife!!!!!

This is one of the best jewelry stores I have ever been to. My fiancé and I wanted to change the setting for my solitaire and we met with Sam. He was amazing from the beginning to the end. He right away went over what prices we had in mind and what style I preferred and we found a setting that I could not love more. My ring was ready in one hour and the process was an hour and a half from start to finish. The prices are amazing and the selection is wonderful and they have in house craftsman to do anything your heart could desire. Highly recommend! Ask for Sam

THE STAFF IS SO RUDE! I walked in and all of them looked up at me and just went back to what they were doing...there weren't any other customers there... When I finally got someone to help me, she was very rude and obviously didn't care about customer service. I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars.
