Hands down so easy to work with Ray! He is so nice, polite and did not turn this into your typical over priced negotiation game. Very upfront and honest dealership which isn't something I usually say! I would be happy to do business with him again and I would definitely recommend him for your used car needs if your looking.

Bought a 2008 BMW with only 67,000 miles and the car had the most problems ever and they said the car was in good condition. Smh never buy a car from this place EVER! They have nothing but lemons. And don’t believe the hype reading on other reviews on here most likely relatives/ friends trying to make them look good.

This review is literally way overdue! As a 19 year old with no credit I bought an used 1989 Ford Escort Gt from Randy's Auto Sales . I bought the vehicle in 1992 ( yes 30 years ago) shortly after I bought the vehicle it started leaking a Good amount of Oil . While having the oil leak repaired my mechanic mentioned to me that the electric fan was wired incorrectly, fan was constantly on . I remember Randy's Auto Sales mechanics working on the fan right before I took delivery of the vehicle! Shortly after fixing the leak the vehicle would not start turns out the car needed the heads rebuilt! The vehicle struggled going up hill , this car was nothing but trouble ended up junking the vehicle in 1995. To be fair the vehicle had close to 100,000 miles when I purchased it , I primarily blame FORD for this terrible design and engineering of this vehicle! I believe I paid $4900 for the vehicle, quite some money in 1992. Every once in a while when I drive on Central past Randy's I always remember the Ford Escort I bought there, it was the first vehicle I ever owned. I'm turning 50 this month yikes!

1 month after my purchase I had to put a (new starter) in the 2015 Honda Accord …. Less than a year later (new front tires and brakes) The photos show cracks in paint from body work. They said there were no accidents … they lie, be careful. I would never go back to them. Big mistake.

Mike tries to be tuff and when you get back at him he calls police he is very shady I got an insurance check for a vehicle 10000 and he kept half for his self the car didn’t get painted so how are you charging me 2500 tax on a check that’s mine than he puts your payments where he wants to put them at first he is really nice when he see you got the money than he becomes very greedy and gets very rude and loud but this is not the last of me I’m not going to let this go unnoticed shady dealership takes advantage of you with the contracts and words and he does as he pleases with your payments

I purchased a 2014 BMW 750 Li from Randys Auto Sale a few months back. Shortly after getting the vehicle, I got a warning that the chassis needed repair. The next day I came outside and the entire back end of the car was sitting directly on top of the tires. At further inspection, I also noticed that all of the tires brake calipers were very rusted. I called the dealer and told them about it and they said it must be an issue with the shocks, that it was a "common problem with BMWs". I asked if they would be able to fix the issue, as i had just barely purchased the car, and put a $10,000 down payment on it. They told me that they we're not liable to fix it, as i had gone over my one month warranty. I then mentioned that the tires had a lot if rust around them, and I expressed to them that I had just barely got the car, and put so much down on it, that there was no way I could afford to get it fixed, and it's not even drivable at this point. The attitude in the response that I received was very cold and came off pretty rude. They reluctantly offered to take a look at it for me, but said that I would have to pay for the very costly parts myself. I was also told that all of their cars have rust on them, that it's also very "common" for cars that just sit on a lot to accumulate a lot of rust and that all of their cars are inspected before they are sold, and that it was not their problem. At this point, I was very upset in the way that they just brushed off everything as if it was no big deal. Putting so much money down on a vehicle, I just thought that they should have been a bit more understanding and accommodating. I went and had the car serviced else where, because i just didn't feel like they were trustworthy, they seemed to be a bit shady to me. It cost me $2,300 too replace the air compressor for the suspension. This of course caused me too get behind a bit in my financials. I unfortunately was behind on a payment this last month by just a couple weeks due to the fact that I had to come out of pocket for such a costly repair. I was out and about running some errands, doing last minute Christmas shopping, and when I came back to my vehicle, it was gone. I thought someone had stolen my car. I asked to see surveillance of the parking lot and I saw on film that the moment I stepped out of my vehicle and was out of eyesight, another car pulled up next to my car, a guy just jumped into my car and drove off. I contacted police and told them that I think my car was just stolen, and all of my kids Christmas presents were in the car. I was very upset And couldn't think of the plate number to give to them so I called randys and asked them to provide that information for Me, telling them that I think my car was stolen. The lady pulled my file and gave me the plate number. I then gave it too the officer and he put out a BOLO for the car. After a few minutes, he asked me if i was behind on my payment, that he thinks my car may have been repossessed. So I call randys back and asked if they had repossessed my car. I was told that they had indeed put it up for reposession, but they wouldn't be able to tell Me if the car was actually picked up or not for 24 hours, that that was how long it takes for the repo agency to notify them. The officer could see my frustration and asked to use my phone. He asked the lady what repo agency they used, that he needed to confirm if the car was actually repossessed or if it was stolen, because from the surveillance feed, it looked very sketchy. He said that the car was put in the system for repo an hour prior, and the car had already been gone for 45 minutes at this point. Within seconds she gave the officer all of the information that was needed, confirmed in fact that they did repo it and the car was already en route back to Randys. When he gave me back the phone, she was very rude to me. She asked if that was really an officer on the phone, that she did not like the way he talked to her and that he didn't sound like he knew what he was doing. I c

We had a great experience at Randy’s auto sales and would highly recommend to people looking for a small-business type experience. Unlike huge dealerships where car salespeople can be pushy, in-personable, and you have to wait for hours, the team at Randy’s was friendly, helpful, and extremely personable. Because they are a smaller dealership, we walked right in, looked at the car immediately, and we’re signing papers without any wait time at all! We had made the trip from Las Vegas to CA for the day to come look at a specific vehicle they had and ran into a problem when we finally decided on what we wanted, the banks were closed and we weren’t able to get the money out to complete the transaction. The team at Randy’s was so helpful in ensuring we wouldn’t have to stay the night at a hotel. They worked with us and we were able to take the car home that same night. Thank you so much!! We would definitely come back here again in the future. It was a pleasure working with you guys! :)

To start I first need to say this dealer provided my spouse and I great vehicles, we were more then satisfied. My wife noticed concerns with false reporting earlier this year on both of our credit reports and the moment she voiced her concerns this company showed their true colors. My vehicle had never been repossessed, this company reported my truck was repoed twice this year, it caused a 49 point drop in my credit. After I voiced loud concerns they changed my payment history from 98% to 22%! I've since sent them 13 request to update my payment history and receive absolutely no response. I have an attorney now and recently filed a consumer complaint regarding over 60 points in decreases from this idiotic company. My attorney is preparing our lawsuit now, we intend to sue them for false reporting and inability to obtain a home loan due to this huge point decreases. My wife has dealt with more negativity and her vehicle was repossessed for being one month late, YES they will take your vehicle if you owe only one payment! I'm getting the feeling this type of company starts getting angry when they're unable to repossess vehicles after a year. My spouse and I still have our cars and are doing everything to make sure we're never late. We went through being laid off with covid and were harassed for being two days late, yes two days! My wife's account has been reported as "closed" three times this year. Each time it closes it causes a 39 point drop. Her account is open and active and always has been. They charge "phone transactions fees" if you email asking them to process the payment. So I started going into the office and they charge in person fees... I recommend DriveTime because you won't need to lose sleep if your one day late. Several of ours payments were paid 2-4 days after the Grace period and all were reported as 30 or more days late. Our attorney intends to sue them for damages. We are working on ending our contracts with this nasty company. Do yourself a favor and RUN!!!

The customer service by the representatives has always been stellar. Sara and Serene in particular. The personnel are willing to work with issues or problems that come up, AS LONG AS YOU COMMUNICATE. If you're trying to ride around in a vehicle that spits fire for a reasonable price, this place is the way to go.

Randy's had the vehicle I was looking for, a beautiful Bentley Continental GT. Took it for a quick test drive and had to have it!! The sales person Mark was great, Serene helped with the paperwork and Mike came in at the end to help us get on our way quickly. There's a nice selection of vehicles on their lot!

I was in need of a car and after several attempts at a few large dealerships I finally got approved at Randy's Auto Sales. Mike from Randy's really hooked me up and the whole process took less than two hours. I really recommend for anyone with credit issues to go see Mike he will be able to get you into a car fast. They have a lot of beautiful newer low mileage cars available. I was able to drive off with my car for $3000 down !!!
