This is my third time going to DISA for my DOT physical. The staff and Dr. Calderon are very professional and polite. I’ll be back when I need another exam done. Highly recommend this place.

Very bad customer service of the receptionist in glass, according to them their printer didn’t work drove 30minutes and of course they charged me extra to get my clearance from my own provider

Slowest check in the lady in window she take 30 mint to check in each person disa you need to change the straff 0 star
