Sadly this Ross did not survive the holidays shopping apocalypse, everything had been wiped out, gone, vanished without a trace, I never seen anything like this, most stuffs were kept minimal on tiny racks and empty shelves, some sections still have a big gap to fill, and nothing had been restocked yet, please bring back all the new items, or at least do something to make them look full again.

Came to do a return i purchased from another Ross at 8:30 pm keep in mind i had receipt, price tag and an actual picture of when i actually purchased the item still sitting on the wall at the Ross location as i had sent a picture asking my wife if my son would like those shoes. Manager Jacky claimed the policy is you must return it to the original Ross you purchased it at. Asked her to show me where that policy is stated on the receipt and she went on saying she would call the store manager and walked away on her cell phone coming back stating he said the same thing and they wouldn’t take back the return and pushed the shoes towards me. Maybe train your people to have better customer service skills and not a power trip over a $33 return, maybe she should be in the front of the store with Hector the associate ringing up while you guys have a rush Vs being mad about being called to come out.

Shopped during the holidays and I understand the struggle of retail, however so many toys had missing pieces and when I did find a toy I wanted to purchase, there was no price tag and opted to leave it behind to avoid delay at checkout. I couldn't see any employee aside from registers and when someone went on break. Checkout was quick but I was there around 3pm so before the evening rush. Tons of toys were just scattered on tables and it was difficult to shop.
