Worst customer service. They changed my appointment two times and keep on saying that they can’t get the glass delivered on time from Claremont Toyota. Well I went to Claremont Toyota and was told that an order was never placed. Safelite is lying!

This company does not have a live person working for them. The recorded message continues to hang up on me, and trying to get a quote on line is a joke they want all personal info on you, next they will want your blood type and SSN. they must not want much business. I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to put something. I'm going with a different company and I don't care if they are hundreds of dollars more, that's how much safelite pissed me off. And I won't recommend them to anyone.

My 2020 Jeep gladiator was hit by a rock and my insurance paid safelite for the repair it looks terrible every time I get in my truck I look at it and get mad the guy told me he could fix it and now I guess I need to shop for awindshield

Avoid this place cause it's just the warehouse and they got wrong the advertising on YELP. They don't replace or fix your Windshield here, so search again.

We needed our windshield replaced after a rock incident on the freeway and looked into Safelite. I wish the web site was a little more user friendly and gave you a phone number to speak to a human and not just an instant message chat with a guy who tells you that he can't schedule appointments. He eventually gave me a phone number and the lady on the other end was more than friendly and helpful. When I do business with any company, I want to feel connected with someone and not hope that I navigated their web site correctly. She was so helpful in getting my information and getting us set up with an appointment where they came to my house. She even handled the work and approval through our insurance company. Our technician gave us a heads up text that he was on his way and he arrived on time. He was very nice and I got him set up to get to work. He asked if I minded him listening to his music and of course I said yes. Music is a direct lifeline to happiness and if he enjoyed it, who was I to say no. He was respectful in regards to the volume of his music and I appreciated that. He got the work done pretty quickly and did a great job. My review is for the work done and the customer service, with a human, after having issues with the web site. They may want to consider keeping an avenue open for the customer connection and not just rely on everyone using their web site.

Although the service was good by being here on time and our windows repaired, it was overshadowed by the guy parking on my grass instead of the driveway. His van tires left sunken holes in our grass.

The installer replaced my windshield and I'm doing to damaged the rubber on the lower cowling and failed to let me know before he left. It was older and likely prone to crack and be damaged which had he let me know what happened everything would be cool. It's just the lack of professionalism that is leaving a bad taste. Perhaps this may be a one-off but I'm not satisfied with the service.

The glass I needed was put on but the calibration was unnecessary so the additional $300 I spent on recalibrating my camera was something a technician should have recommended I not do.

Gotta say safelite is one of the cleanest distribution centers I’ve ever worked , easy work, I just believe a lot of favoritism, i worked through an agency was certify on all 3 equipments, good at what I do, had a little incident with a company worker and they let me go out of no where, was told their gonna hire me I’m a good worker, had a great Supervisor Alfred , the other one joe was just something eles to be honest, from the beginning I knew the guy didn’t like me, that company needs more solid Supervisors like Alfred , the warehouse manager didn’t really speak much too him, but he’s a good guy, really bummed out right before the new year.
