The customer service department was great...They recommended us bringing our piece of luggage in for repair...2 week turnaround... very pleased with this business...Plus, I shared I couldn't find my receipt, which they responded with " no worries "... your luggage has a tag inside that verifies your purchase... I went into the store and wasn't hopeful, that I would get a positive outcome, until I met the sales clerk. I don't recall her name but she was a blessing! Very helpful proactive and did everything in her power to make sure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend.Keep up the great customer service!
