The attendant was extremely rude. A lady came in and asked to use the bathroom. Instead of saying no to her, the attendant asked loudly 7 times, “Are you on your period? Are you sure?” The lady said, “No” all 7 time. I jumped in, “Sir, you are asking a sensitive questions and since the lady have been saying no….” The attendant snapped, “YOU, BE QUITE!”

I can’t believe this man is allowed to work in customer service. I can’t believe they are allowing such a racist and rude person to talk to and assist customers. I’m shocked they would continue to allow someone like this to work with customers. This woman was trying to be kind and add $20 to someone’s pump that had just put $5. After the man had payed and walked out she kindly asked to add to his pump, The clerk than goes on to tell the men in front of her to not allow a white women to cut in front of them. The men in line were totally fine with her adding to the guys pump but the cashier then went on to make race remarks and then yell and cuss at the women and other customers. This is totally unacceptable in customer service.

This morning I hade a terrible experience. Im usually fine with going here, never had any problems. This morning I dealt with this rude employee. He had me waiting ten plus minutes for his to finish doing whatever he was doing. He then took his time to get to me once he was finished. He then began to make rude and racists comments despite that I was being respectful. He has terrible customer service skills. Some jobs aren’t meant for everyone. Look out from this guy when visiting this location.

I frequent this gas station at least 3 times a week and have never come across this problem before until tonight and its absolutely B.S I'm literally writing this in the parking lot.. On 02/06/2024 @ 10:32pm I came to get gas and asked for 17$ on pump 6, I only had $17 in 1$ at that moment and paying in 1s has never been an issue before. The Older Asian Gentleman Clerk that was working tonight said "No" He can't take any more then 10$ dollars in ones. I looked at him confused and asked whyy he can't take it and he proceeded to say he had to many ones and can't take it. Like I'm sorry what?? I need 17$ in gas to get to my destination and back. Like I don't want to stop at another gas station late at night when I'm already at one!! So I asked if "I had a 20$ bill he would accept it and he said yes! I was baffled af! Like really dude? That is ridiculous. How much change a gas station has at night has ZERO to do with what denomination of money a customer has." Its legal tender, I'm purchasing a service. He denied me again,and said only 10$ in 1$, I said fine paid 10$ in 1$ bills and went out to pump my gas. After i finished pumping my gas I moved to a different pump went inside and asked for 7$ on pump 5( because he said he can take 1s if it was less then 10$ ) And he said "no!no!no!" I said "seriously dude?!...fine!" I grabbed a candy bar and said "I want this and the change on pump 5" and he still said no! Your literally denying a sale!! These are completely different transactions all together!!! What if someone else came in after me and paid in 1$ bills as well!? Would he deny them a sale??? Like are you kidding. I don't know if this is managments decision or just his own personal choice to do this ITS LEGAL TENDER!! Absolutely calling the Owners of the Store ( they also own the shell of Diamond Bar Blvd and the 60 frwy.) And 1000% complaining to corporate about it because this "policy" is absolutely ridiculous.

Sucks because their buttons on the left of screen don’t work. Cannot do rewards on pumps 2 or 4. Don’t know about the others. Cannot push no for car wash either you have to wait for it to reset the screen. This has been 3 months that I know of.. went inside to complain, was told that they were broken and looking into it…. Well I know it’s been 3 months so far..not acceptable.

Pumps won't accept any form of contact less payment (touch pay apple pay goole pay etc) this is so they can put card skimmers in to take your information.

Tonight I went to fuel up my car , the little Asian guy was very aggressive and disrespectful,this guy has really serious issues, all this just because I ask for the restroom , never gonna back again

I went to this gas station 2 days ago and used my card at the pump for gas. I now have 2 charges on my card... one from Shell and one at the same time from a food store for $55.00 dollars... don't go here.
