I’ve been with T-Mobile for 2 years and I can’t wait to pay off my device to switch to Verizon,this has been my worst experience with a carrier I’ve ever experienced,I get no help or resolution to any of my problems I’m even stuck paying for broken phones that T-Mobile refuses to repair or fix even tho I pay for insurance,there all about money and don’t care about you or anything you have going on,stay away from T-Mobile if I can give 0 stars I would

I got the T internet 5G. It will connect in the store but after two days it won't work. I've taken back to store twice.i entered address & message says go back to where purchased machine. I can't live in a mall store

I regret to inform you that my experience with T-Mobile has been less than satisfactory. I have encountered persistent difficulties concerning both the reception and transmission of text messages, as well as frequent dropped calls. My mobile device consistently displays a mere 1 to 2 bars of signal strength while I am within my home environment, where I predominantly spend my time. This has significantly hindered my ability to engage in seamless conversations, particularly with my spouse who is currently residing abroad. Moreover, sporadic occurrences have arisen wherein I am either unable to discern the audio of the caller or the recipient is unable to hear me during our communication exchanges. It is with a sense of disappointment that I relay the fact that T-Mobile has not fulfilled its initial commitment to provide the heralded 5G network as advertised. My level of satisfaction with the service has notably waned as a result of these consistent and unresolved issues. I must express my sentiments despite having undertaken no less than 7 attempts to rectify the situation, including rebooting my device, resetting network configurations, and obtaining a new SIM card, all of which were performed in conjunction with assurances from T-Mobile that these measures would culminate in the complete restoration of my service.

I've been with T-Mobile for almost 16 years and the last several years, the customer service has gone way down. I'm at the point where I'm thinking about exploring other alternatives. Here's a question, how is it possible to receive a discount and end paying more than you were before?

I called the burbank store and they left me on hold for 1hour and 49 minutes and never answered is this how tmobile treats there customers have plenty of screens hots on how long they ask me to wait then no answer ?
