On February 25th I did a trade in. I have always left the phone I trade in for them to ship. This phone never got shipped back to the warehouse. I am still getting charged for it. Customer care can't do anything because it is a store problem. My best bet is the representative took the phone to sell off market since warehouse received the shipment but the phone was never in the box. I have yet to hear back from the store manager since I last spoke to him on May 12th. This store is horrible they can't keep track of their products or phones. I would not go to this store again.

Casey Whittaker exhibits impoliteness, displays aggressiveness, impatience, and appears confrontational. Their behavior lacks professionalism and they have zero expertise. If you wish to get anything done effectively, I'd advise you to seek assistance elsewhere.

On January 31 2023, I opened two lines by taking advantage of the promo offer to buy one and get one free. An iPhone 13 promax was traded-in and was told to be worth $800. A down-payment of $379.99 for each phone was charged plus taxes and activation fees. On February 4, 2023, four days after purchase, i went back to the retailer store and returned the other phone. I'll just use my iPhone 13 promax for now. I requested for refund of the downpayment but was told that no refunds will be given. It will be applied to the First three months of service. I was also charged for restocking fee. On February 10, 2023, ten days after purchase, the other iphone 14 totally rested in peace- dead. They tried to resuscitate the iPhone 14 promax by charging it but no avail. I asked them to return my trade-in iPhone 13 promax and just cancel the service. I was told that they can't return the trade in phone and the company won't replace it either. So, my trade in will be taken free for not fulfilling the agreement. The 14 days deciding period to keep or return the iPhone was even 4 days before the deadline. Those guys are financially hungry, thirsty, and financially malnourished. To avoid further loss, i was forced against my will to have the malfunctioning Iphone 14 promax to be replaced. On February 20, 2023 a charge of $200 for monthly service was charged to my wife's card in addition to the monthly charge from the supposed to be refunded amount from the other iPhone 14 Promax that was previously returned. An additional amount for downpayment was also charged for the replacement of the dead malfunctioning phone. I consider those guys thief. They don't know subtraction. They only know how to add money to themselves. I was even told to go to iPhone and complain about the malfunctioning phone. That is supposed to be their responsibility as a retailer. I was discriminated for being elderly. Or probably rightly termed as elderly abuse. Those guys does not have customer service management skills. They are abusive. The Supervisor even threatened to call the Police or Security while i was trying to resolve the issue. Who would be happy for excessive charges? The team is Zero or better yet negatively Zero recommended. Never attempt to even enter that retailer. Never even try to listen to their ugly presentations. Due to unsatisfactory service, i hastily changed carrier on the first week of March 2023. It's financially unhealthy and unsanitary place.

I walked into the T-Mobile store at the Ontario Mills Mall frustrated as heck. I had just had another bad customer service experience at the Verizon Store at the Mills. Jhon welcomed us with a smile. He answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. He explained all of the current promotions. Jhon helped me to say goodbye to Verizon.

Went in today to get an apple watch. I was helped by Sanjay. He was extremely helpful and really patient with all my questions. Will be coming in soon to get another watch and really hoping to be helped by him again. :)

Great customer service. Jhon was my rep and did a great job of informing us, as we were switching from a very long stint with another carrier. He was patient with plan selection, phone choices, trade in options, sign up, app tools and ordering a phone color that was out of stock. Highly recommend a visit here.

Sanjay and Jhon were amazing to help me out with my situation but the customer service back in April 2022 that I asked to cancel my line kept charging me for an extra line that I had cancelled so for the past 9 months I've been paying $60 a month and all they could give me $120 back instead of $540. T-mobile has been cheating me out of my money. The only reason I'm staying in T-Mobile is because of Sanjay and Jhon.

Sanjay was the customer service member working at the time of my visit, he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provide me with the best deals and offered me so much more then my original visit reason. I ended walking out with a new phone and Apple Watch with a very low price.

Sanjay was very helpful and patient. I had lots of questions and he took his time to answer everything and explain things well to me. Overall a great experience and he also let me know about all the other promotions that I might be interested in which I really enjoyed.
