A heads-up—be careful with their bait and switch promotions. They make it sound really appealing, and you just need to make a certain amount of purchase to qualify, but the truth is, the promotional items they’re advertising are long gone. The frustrating part? They still keep the ads up to draw people in. It’s really misleading, so I wanted to share that so you don’t get caught in the same trap.

I love shopping at the Cosmetics Company, I typically go to all three locations ( Barstow, Cabazon and here). However the customer service here sucks in comparison to the other ones. The last time I went, the girl was super rude to me so I ended up leaving what I was going to purchase. Such a shame because every store I can find different things!

I went in looking for makeup by Estee Lauder and I found it so I was happy. Went to check out and stood there in front of the register for what it seemed like an eternity, waiting for the 2 employees to acknowledge me and check out. They seemed “busy” ignoring me. Once one of the employees started ringing me up she asked for a donation and when I declined she rolled her eyes at me and my kid. Then she proceeded to throw my purchase in a bag as if she was so upset. I’m just glad she didn’t break my bottle of makeup. Great place to shop but no customer service.

Best place to shop for makeup, skincare and perfumes.Haven’t had great experiences with other cosmetics company store. But while I visit this one in Ontario mills. Staffs here are so nice and kind also they are super knowledgeable with their products and had a lot of patience to pick the right one for me. Great shopping experience, will definitely be the first choice if I need new beauty products.If you are looking for great deals/discount on Estée Lauder , Clinique , mac , Jo Malone .etc you should come and check out here.

ZERO stars. was here on friday 8/18/2023 around 4 o'clock. The two girls didn't greet me or tell me about the deals, fine. I found a concealer I wanted and asked if they had anymore of it and they rudely responded "If thats not out we don't have anything" without even bothering to check for me. then when i brought up my items to the register before i even checked out i had a too faced primer and they immediately told me "just so you know that's not going to be part of the sale because it's a moisturizer". Last time i checked the too faced primer is a makeup product ???? i put back all my things and left. They seemed annoyed the second I walked in. Considering I was the only person in the store they could have at least offered me help or answered my questions.

This is my first review and I had to make it about this place, I feel like customers service doesn't stay consistent. I've been shopping here for a couple of years and the faces are never the same. If you want good customer service ask for ether James or Sydney. The black girl is very friendly as well but the Mexican girl with glasses is very rude and dismissive

The staff is so rude and unwelcoming, the min you walk into the store you just fell judge. They don’t want to help you they don’t care about costumer service they rather be behind the register talking about you. This is my least favorite location if you want to still shop here and don’t mind the drive go to the Barstow location they are so nice and welcoming and they will double check anything for you! This location needs to be more careful on the people they hire

If I could give a 0 I would horrible customer service and their exchange policy sucks! Make sure if you buy at this specific location it’s exactly what you want & check the item to make sure it’s in good condition or else you’re going to have a hard time just to do an exchange

I went to the store today, all the employees were talking at the cashier area, no body helped me, when I checked out, the black girl was nice, but the white girl was so rude, she was eyeing me askance, and with a fake smile on her face.

The workers don't know how to use the register. It was a simple task like 1+1=2 kinda thing. Even I fugured out how to handle it but still don't try to listen. So RUDE and unprofessional.
