Love their reasonably priced products. Amble parking for easy pick up. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Pick up orders are ready within an hour.

Most amazing company!! every time I pick up at the Ontario, CA location they are always so helpful & quick to take it to my car. You don't even have to get out. Customer service is always great & Bruce will go above & beyond to work with you if you communicate your issues to him.

Customer service is so damn rude. And the other reviews are right they don't answer emails. I'd rather pay a little extra and buy from eBay. God forbid your package gets lost. They don't give a damn and won't replace it at all. I'm a small business just starting out and even I've replaced lost packages to my customers. PayPal gave me my money back though thanks for nothing.

Upaknship have EXTREMELY rude employees. Apparently you're ALWAYS wrong even when you're right. I won't be ordering again. I'll let all my business friends know how crappy of a place this is too! Word of mouth MATTERS!

Pre-order your purchases online pay online. Have the option to ship to home or pick up in Ontario. I myself needed my supplies ASAP. so i drove. When arrive text with order number and they will bring your order to your car. I was waiting no more then 10 to 15 min. Depending on how busy it is....
