It's my fault that I didn't read the reviews of the people. It's really the worst shipping company. They are careless and rude. I lost a package costs $300 and they didn't want to file a claim and they told me no refund. So my money just flew in the sky because of their unprofessionalism.

The first time I went to this store I went to take care of an Amazon return and a woman helped me, the experience was great and fast. However, this last time I went the owner Ray had a horrible attitude the whole time. I was just trying to ship a package and what could have been a simple interaction was just uncomfortable. You can literally feel his negative energy and talking to customers the way he talks to them is so unnecessary. You’d be better off choosing a different place to do business with.

5-Star Review for UPS Service Desk
I had a fantastic experience with the UPS Service Desk! From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and professional. I had a few questions regarding a package that was being held for delivery, and the representative I spoke with was patient, informative, and quick to resolve my issue.
What stood out to me was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my delivery arrived on time. They even followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly.
It's not often that I leave reviews, but I felt this team deserved recognition for their excellent service. Thank you, UPS, for making my experience so seamless!
He was a gentleman and a scholar told you I'd write the review.

The Notary and Neddie are awesome. They are both very attentive and nice when I go in. Ive have to use the notary a lot lately because the company I am working with are being very picky about it but the notary was very nice. I often feel bad for him because he is so busy and people are very rude about it. I don't care how long I have to wait because I need it done and Neddie always talks and keeps you feeling welcomed while you wait. Thanks for the awesome service. You have a customer for life

Neri was extremely rude when I asked for assistance with a box in my truck! I’m handicapped and was unable to lift it. Whoever owns this UPS location really needs to reconsider who they keep on staff here! As a business owner myself, he would’ve been FIRED IMMEDIATELY WITH HOW RUDELY HE HAD SPOKEN TOWARDS ME! Completely unacceptable customer service! Go to a different UPS store who values their customers, never again! I will be filing a formal complaint to the BBB and the UPS Store headquarters for discrimination against a disabled customer!

I see why this UPS has a very low rating! I usually go here for all my shopping needs. As of today I will not longer go here. I sent out a package of high value and all I had was the box. The clerk helping me said he would gladly package it and make sure there is secure packing inside to keep my items safe. Wich I paid for. Not once was protection offered to me as he knew what I was shipping. All said and done I trusted this place to handle my package with care and securely. Once the package was received I was notified that the box was empty only the slit of paper I put in there. No packaging material at all and the item was gone. Last time for this place. Go some where else! Save urself the hassle.

I went to send a package, mistreated by two very rude male and female. They both have no clue about customer service or have no respect. Can’t give clear instructions, and very argumentative for simple print and label job. I will never go back to this location. Sad to meet such measurable people on rather good day.
