I recently visited to ship a packed 6X6X6 (2 lbs) box with two-day delivery. They quoted me $150. Something felt off, so I opted to purchase my label from UPS online - which cost $52. This has happened before at this location and the first time I actually paid the astronomical cost believing it was normal. I understand this is a franchise UPS and everyone needs to make money, but a $100 markup is absurd. After going to this location for the past five years, we will not be back. Be careful here.

January 4, 2025 I FINALLY got my packages, 2+ weeks AFTER they were delivered to this UPS Store!!! I still haven't heard from the owner!!
January 2, 2025 I have a PO box that I rent at this UPS location. I am missing at least six packages that show deliverED between 12/17/24-12/31/24. I picked a packages on 12/31/24 but I'm still missing packages that were delivered since 12/17/24!! Every time we complain about packages that show as delivered they claim they haven't received them. I'm constantly having to go back and ask for my missing deliveries. I have complained in the past and yet this problem persists.
Owner: Should I start filing claims against this UPS store?

I came here a while ago to pick up a package, and the process was smooth. This last time, I went on Monday to pick up a package I needed to work, and I was informed that the package wasn't there--even though I received a notification the package was there and received by a staff member. She told me to come back later when it arrived, but I need to work so I insisted they look. Sure enough, it was received but not checked in yet. She had just lied and said it wasn't there. Very unhappy with the service.

I just got thrown out of this UPS store at 4:10pm because they close at 4 PM and she forgot to lock the door. I was so dumbfounded, as I was shuffled out the door, I should have demanded I'm not leaving and you're going to help me since the door was open, wow, serious unprofessional rudeness

I have been a customer and a P.O. Box holder since this UPS store opened. The owner is such a wonderful man, the employees all work very hard and very friendly. I feel very secure with all my mail and packages coming to this UPS Store. I always receive excellent customer service.

No follow through with employee trying to find out what happened with a package being delivered. No call back, had to call them several times even though I gave them my cell phone, tracking #, and item missing.
