The best bank, always excellent customer service. Robert is excellent. During the pandemic US Bank was there for me, have other accounts in different banks but they treat you just like an extra number. The smaller the bank the better.

by far the best customer service I have ever had at a bank was with Brianna Martinez I went in to verify my identity and she walk me through every step of the process made me feel very comfortable about ipenning an account with us bank I will be doing all my banking for sure with her it's nice to have someone that really knows what they are talking about not just someone that is trying to bullshit there way through life 5pm is starts for Brianna

Recently I used my card then noticed my account was closed so I couldn't get my money back from my account,I went to US bank twice now first time they said the manager wasn't here let me go some other day second time I went there they said for some reason they can't deal with it and let me waiting for the customer service call Today they said they'll call me around 4pm but I didn't get any phone calls from them, I was very upset about that hope tomorrow morning they can help me to get my money out and I'll appreciate it It wasn't nice without telling me just closed my account,at least call me and explain to me let me get my money back then they can do whatever they want I've been running the bank for two days and still haven't solved it. He also asked me to go again tomorrow, I am also very busy. I don't know if I can fix it tomorrow

Robert is the best he helped me open an account and showed me how to use the app. I also had an issue on a separate occasion and this was the bank for me I prefer this US Bank branch over the surrounding areas. Thank you Robert/US Bank!!

I wish you would just fix your ATM MACHINE outside your bank...Always taking customer’s cards and giving “SORRY OUT OF SERVICE MESSAGE.“ If you’re really sorry just FIX or REPLACE ATM machine. I FELT really sad when witnessing your loyal customers frustrations more than ONCE...This is totally NOT ACCEPTABLE...??

I had to make an appointment for notary service. Showed up, 15 minutes early. Directed to have a seat without even asking why I was there. Waited until 7 minutes after appointment, went to teller line to tell them I was waiting and had an appointment. Teller says, “ oh, yes, that is me, I forgot my notary book, can you come back tomorrow?” I need to say there are many, many things wrong here:- Why bother to make an appointment when they don’t extend the courtesy to call me if THEY are unable to meet the appointment? - In this Stay-at-Home time, to ask me to return is very disturbing.- When I entered the bank I was simply told to take a seat, never asking me why I was there and never acknowledging me.A very unprofessional bank. I am sorry I have two accounts with them.

Disrespectful agent. I came in to pull money from my account and she didn't have $7000 to give me from my account. I explained to her I was expecting to come in and pull out my cash and it was just disappointing and she rudely commented back "Do you want me find another branch or not?!" I just was explaining how I feel you don't have to be rude. Duh, I want you to find a way for me to get my cash stupid b***** Annette is rude. Her manager came in to give me a fake apology and I'll be closing my account and using another bank.
