  I’ve been coming to this U.S. Bank branch for over nine years, but every time I go to deposit money, they always have some kind of excuse — usually that the machine isn’t working.   Another bad review on the service I received at this location. The fact that the bank is located inside the grocery store makes it very convenient, but the unprofessional service from the tellers makes me feeling very frustrated and disappointed.
