As soon as I get my money back I will permanently close the account. For the second time the cashier has swallowed my money without adding a single dollar to my account. On the first occasion I waited for the “investigation” and I did not recover a single dollar. These ATMs are poor and you waste your time trying to get your money back when you have a thousand bills to pay.

Another bad review on the service I received at this location. The fact that the bank is located inside the grocery store makes it very convenient, but the unprofessional service from the tellers makes me feeling very frustrated and disappointed.

I can write a long story about how the tellers seem to make up the check-cashing rules, or I can say I am not happy and indignant with the service from my last visit. She tells me one thing one day and then denies what she (the teller) can do the next. Very frustrating when you need to back and redo a simple transaction.

Worst customer service. Went there 3 times and cashier Maxine and Jenny doesn't know what they are doing. This place need better and trained staff. They are very rude and incompetent. Never refer to anyone to open an account in US Bank.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service and communication. If you are looking to set up a Coogan account, don't do it with US Bank. It's been more than 1 month and I still haven't received a statement or any type of paperwork confirming this account. Before I opened the account, they were quick to respond to my call. They failed to inform me to bring money to open the account so I had to scramble to withdraw cash. They also provided no documentation confirming that I opened the account. They stated I would have to wait until a statement generates in a month. It would have been nice to know this before opening the account. The branch manager even questioned my need for documentation, stating that she has been doing this forever and no one has asked for documentation. Ok, what's your point lady? They were quick to convince me to open a credit card, though. I can kick myself twice now. Calling customer service is useless as well. They will pass you around from department to department and make you ask for a manager multiple times before they finally connect you with one. I finally get connected with a customer service manager and turns out that statements generate quarterly! Also the customer service manager is limited in what they can access on these types of accounts, stating branch has full access. He informs me I should have received a welcome packet containing the account information. Well, I didn't. Very sad that I gave them my business as they obviously could care less about the products, service and communication they provide.

First time here to inquire about opening an Account. Bank is in Ralph's. This place is well organized, clean, and EXCELLENT Customer Service. Waiwee assisted us and very polite professional. Despite it being pretty busy, Waiwee and the Manager helped everyone efficiently

I've come here for over 15 years and I have received great customer service. It feels like a family. The bankers there truly know your name. It is nice to receive personalized service and to be rewarded for my length of time with this branch.

Wow I was really appalled by the service I received today from the bank teller. She actually got into with me over a freakin cashiers check, and the whole transaction didn't give any eye contact and as I was leaving and told her bye and have a nice day she ignored me. Even if I was hostile which I wasn't she should know you still have to give the best customer service. I've banked with Us Bank for nearly 15 years this had to be the worst service I've ever had. Please education your staff on good quality customer service thanks.

Worst f****** bank and customer service ever, been with us bank for a year and it was a relief to change to chase bank where they appreciate their customers and actually help them. F*** this bank and their bitchy a** assistants.
