I was helped by Arlene today, and oh boy, what an attitude, it's like she thinks she owns the bank, and she had to ask for help to another bank teller just to get cut a screen, it's ok to be new and make mistakes, but not to the point where the customer sees her attitude

refused to cash a check for me in the amount of $8,000.00, asked to speak to a manager she agreed to pay me in $20.00 dollar bills and refused to give me a single 100 dollar bill or 50! asked they reserve enough funds for the next time i came in the rep anthony told me no problem, called in advance to make sure they can cash a $11,000.00 dollar check was told i would have to accept $20.00 bills again! I do not know what the problem is with these people, they have business customers bringing in cash all day to them!

Racial profiling is the norm at this bank. If you're black or have any "non white American names", they'll racially profile you and try to come up with any excuses to deny you access to your money.

If you're looking for somewhere to park your money in a CD, don't do it here. Go elsewhere. I was verbally told that I had a 10 day grace period to add money or close the account without penalty. They placed a hold on my account for a month and a half. Now they're trying to penalize me almost $400 if I close the account. Something told me to get up and go elsewhere when the lady that was helping me kept stopping to go visit with her baby and husband while I'm filling out paperwork and asking questions. Two people warned me not to come here. Save yourself the headache. Run in the opposite direction.

Been banking at this location for years. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They greet you by your name and are on top of things. Really recommend this location.

When I visited during my lunch the manager was toooo busy on the phone I said no problem please give me a call. Waited all day and nothing . All I needed was a check hold released. It was a cashiers check and I let hold for 7 days now. Now my cc is due and they do not care what's so ever . I will be closing my account immediately fter check clears and cc are all paid off.

I thought it was a one time thing, but the service i guess caries depending on the days. Some days, quick and easy. Pleasant. But I've been to this branch some times where I'm standing in line for the most, 20 minutes! Just to wait for a simple transaction. Are people that desperate for human interaction that they save it for when they come to the bank? This is not a social function people. It's a BUSINESS! Keep your personal drama at home and don't waste other people's time. Next time I'm gonna make sure to be the first person in line when they open up so that I don't have to wait for someone to spill their life story to the teller. Not a fault of the tellers, but of people being inconsiderate of others waiting just to do a simple transaction.Oh, and I waited 15 minutes today. And the person in front of me who was there since before I walked in was STILL talking to the teller. Sad little people.

Horrible manager at this location. She is so aggresive and unwilling to listen and help customers. I have seen her be rude with others more than one time. And two times with myself. She has very little communication skills, actually has very little. She won't listen won't try to resolve any issues, and in fact won't help you make a deposit.This location will fail so fast like toher US branches due to the lack of reliable good managers. I see this bank closing locations all over. But other banks are still open. Get better managers then you willhave a better business.As far as this location, Won't come here anymore becasue of the rude, lazy. lack of hel p manager.

Cecilia has the best customer service she is an asset to US BANK. Debra the manager is a sweetheart, she is amazing took care of us in record time with our new account we opened.
