General Delivery service is ok but they take for ever

Passport walk-ins. Arrived at 3:45 pm. They are supposed to accept walk-ins from 4 pm to 5 pm. They were helping someone, and they called the lady in front of me at 4:30 pm (I had waited for 45 minutes). Then they just said no walk-ins today. They could’ve posted something or said something instead of making us wait for nothing.

The carrier for S Maitland is the worses and lazy when it comes to delivering the mail, she feels it's to much to get out of the postel truck and walk 3 feet and deliver the mail but she will get out of her postal truck and walk 20 feet to deliver to my neighbor I don't know why but I am a black man and they are not.

It is the worst USPS service I ever experienced. We are keeping missing mails including the mails from IRS. We checked with IRS and was told the address undeliverable with USPS. What?! We receive packages from UPS, FEDEX with no issues at all!! I called the office, after a long wait, a man answered my phone. He was very rude, impatient and not helpful at all! He ended the conversation by hanging up the phone directly when I was still explaining my situation. HORRIBLE!!

Package was delivered on my community clusterbox but not on my actual box. I saw the mailwoman was still there on 05.03.25 between 220-230pm, as i opened the box, i told her how come my package wasnt there and it was scanned at 2:15pm, her explanation was it wasnt her and maybe its on a wrong usps truck. Its weird that the time stamped when it got delivered was 2:15 and she was still there. She opened the cluster box and looked and said its not here, she didnt event check one by one, she seems in a hurry, and last thing she said was just claim it through usps. I lost $95 coz the asian mailwoman doesnt want to correct her mistake.

this is terrible, we made a passport appointment at 2:00 pm. we showed up at 2:00 pm and had to wait until 3:00pm for our names to be called. whoever is in charge of this post office should resign and cancel the appointment.

I never have issues with USPS but these people are terrible at their job. They’ve placed my mail in the wrong mail box and now they’ve lost a $700 package. They left a note on my door and I scheduled it for pick up and now they’re unable to locate it.

Hispanic older lady doesn’t want to do her job. I’m dropping packages off, the kiosk is broken so I stand in line by the time is my turn she goes you can go to the kiosk, I mentioned to her that it’s broken. She proceed to tell me how it’s been fixed. I’m not gonna scan your packages, You can go do that at the kiosk. Excuse me did you forget where you work you work at the post office? You are there to receive packages.
You guys should look into getting friendlier and more helpful employees not people that don’t wanna be there and not work!

This branch is the worst service branch, especially the woman named Jessica. She seems like she has no knowledge to work there. Her attitude is also not friendly to work. She should work somewhere else. Not recommended.

Came in today with Passport appointments was help by the wonderful Ms. Anika, I wrote out my checks incorrectly she advised for me to get new checks and come right back in to finish my appointments. I did just that, she helped me fill out all my documents correctly with no pressure, great service and patience. Everyone was extremely detailed, attentive and to the point (which I think some might confuse with rudeness) overall very helpful. Ms. Anika thank you!
