Haven’t dealt with anyone in there but stood out there for over an hour in the morning because no one came to open the doors. Me and two other people eventually just had to leave cause no one answered when we knocked on the door.

It's is ridiculous how you have to try and get ahold of someone. You call it rings 7 times then hangs up. Shows how lazy these pukes are. Next time they go bankrupt they should just close them. Nobody is doing they're job. They also like yo take their sweet time anyway and get overplayed by our tax dollars for being lazy. Fix it or shut it down

I dont live in this area but i have a issue in this area and one of the employees was supposed to help reroute a package for me because of a mix up at my local usps...the package was never rerouted..and the employee stopped getting back to me...and so i called the number she gave me to this post office and the employee i spoke to seemed like she was gonna help me said she would speak to someone and then hung up on me i called back after 5 minutes and i waited awhile before just giving up...i was hoping someone would help me...i have a issue i have been trying to fix for quite awhile now so im very frustrated by this expirence...

It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.

They even admitted they messed up because of incompetence, yet they label as not able to deliver as addressed..... usps is a waste of peoples money and needs complete management overhaul. Im still not getting my package even though it was considered resolved. Lady I talked to on the phone is rude, and I understand she has limitations to her abilities, but there was no assertion that any efforts were to be made on their part to intercept my package to get it to me... crickets from Mr pardella
