Went to buy an umbrella. It said $7 on the rack and when I scanned it at self checkout it came up as $12. This is what happens when the employees are too lazy/incompetent to put items in the correct areas. Now I have to go back tomorrow to return it and maybe get a price change. This is the second time this happened and it pissed me off pretty good. Then when I told an employee that they might have placed the umbrella in the wrong area her excuse was that a lot of the items in the store were placed in the wrong area. Like that's supposed to make me feel better! I have a picture for proof. I think the umbrella belongs on the rack directly below it.

I'm a working mom and I know I arrived last minute and I know that's my fault but I had to close at my job then rush over here. To be fair it was 10:59 so technically they weren't closed but had the doors locked already. I asked if I could please come in and buy some feminine products pads to be specific. I told her I would be quick just in and out. She said no so then I asked if I could give her money and she could get them for me and she said no. No one has any compassion anymore and I'm just so disappointed. I tried so hard to not cry and beg so I just gave up and left. Screw women right?

This has to be the rudest Walmart around all of the managers are so rude for forbid you ask them for help it's like asking for there blood or something so disgusting how I see them disrespect there employees and customers. And the door guys are so rude they need all new managers at this location because every time I go they all look like they don't want to be there

Walmart is a 110% on the customers side!!! I am blown AWAY they really know how to handle customer complaints. Colter was very understanding. When he got in touch with me he jump in with both feet and FIXED THE PROBLEM. I am very impressed with Walmart and how they took my complaint and fixed it. Update your money service hours. You have it posted that you close at 6 and yet when I get there before 6pm you claim to close 5-10 mins before 6pm. People count on correct hours posted.

It's Walmart so expect to get attitudes from employees and employees not willing to put in the effort to provide at the very least good customer service. I went in yesterday evening 2/9/24 and was met with an employee who couldn't dispose of the Walmart packaging for an item I returned. She directed me to the trashcan behind me when I know they have trashcans behind the counter. Macy's gladly accepts their return packaging to dispose of for their customers but I guess it's really hard for a Walmart employee to throw away their packaging located under or near the counter. The employee was an older African American woman. Too bad they don't teach them how to provide excellent customer service.
