In a perfect world, Woodward’s would be everywhere instead of those soulless useless corporate monsters like Lowe’s! You can tell the owners treat their incredible employees right - genuine smiles and real knowledge can’t be faked! This gem of a store exudes the feeling of an old-fashioned can-do mom and pop shop, I nearly cried when they closed their store down on Chapman Avenue!!

Great old fashion hardware store that is just the right size!! I was surprised how it has everything you need without having to go to the oversized hardware stores! So many items, neatly organized, easy to find. If you can't find what you are looking for, don't worry, there are friendly, knowledgeable store personnel in the aisles to help you. Just ask!!

One employee standing on the front door inside the store he is really bad service for customer if he doesn’t like to be nice to customer you don’t need to work retail store quit and stay home. You make me really upset. I only ask question where can I find the stuff and he’ cut off my question
Because one guy make whole store reputation is real bad manager you better think about this

It's impressive and rare today when you can still get exceptional service with fair pricing in your neighborhood. Woodward's Ace Hardware in Tustin is just that spot. Their knowledgeable no pressure staff assisted me with window glass replacement in a 65 year old window frame on the spot, thank you Cyndi. Folks make this your first choice for any and all DIY you're thinking about or working on you won't be disappointed

ACE to me seems like the last of the true American hardware stores.. a place that you walk in, you’re greeted, they sell classic toys, ice cream and give popcorn to make the kids happy. They always seem to have that odd, obscure, hard to find item without fail. I love them for that.. that and the fact that their people KNOW their stuff and about what may be best for the job (in my experience). Never mind the fact that for a rather small store, they have an expert pretty much at every location! The cashiers always seem like my firm grandmother— strict, straight to the point, and always have enough time to make the kiddo smile. Thank you, Ace. :)

Great service!! Never seen so many employees in a hardware store. Very helpful and available on almost every aisle. Plumbing parts much cheaper than Amazon.

This is the go-to spot for hard-to-find electrical and mechanical parts. They saved me nearly $1,000 on a relatively new pool pump/motor system. All I needed was a starting capacitor for the motor and pump, and it worked perfectly. I paid just $14.99 instead of buying a whole new system that several people tried to sell me. I absolutely love this place — and the staff are friendly too!
