“Called this morning because my faucet was leaking alot of water. The woman asked when I was available and told me she would call me back. When they called me back they gave a time and the gentleman was here at that time. Prompt and polite. It did not take him long to take care of my problem. One of my biggest pet peeves is people not on time and being unprofessional. I am so glad this was not the case. You now have a permanent customer in me.”

Plus this location has both the gas ⛽ station & inside fullON minimart! Propane tank refills & ICE box.On main ?OCali thoroughfare Chapman/Tustin (❤️ of ?OCounty). Literally yards away from both North & South onramps & offramps of the 55 freeway.$-Cost is within 00.10cents diff on county avg btw. Take pics of every station pass by if safe & post. Cali gas is so dang expensive. Why the "known quality entity" is so preferred.Customer service is outstanding. So many Old Towne ? locals or Pro drivers try 2 only use this particular Shell if possible. Just refreshing enough 2 ✍️ about. As mentioned @ top-Fine example of what a quality gas ⛽ station experience can/should be like... especially nowadays!Am ADA (disabled) & they r so kind they go out of way to wash windows & check jeep JIC, & anything else you might need. Again this owner has midas touch in this biz dynamic.Highly Recommend (IMHO)Drive ? SAFE...??”

“It's designed for quick in & out with one way directional drive thru arrows. They sell some of the LOWEST priced gas in Orange County. But my gas pump did not print a receipt, which is why I gave them 4 stars.”
“The car wash is clean, it is open 24 hours. It does a good wash and offers a subscription package. Wash your car daily if you choose. There is room to dry, but no vacuum offering.”

“I'm a firm believer in.. you treat people how you want to be treated. So as far as the other reviews calling Alan (the mechanic) rude, I'm fairly confident when I say that he was just returning the same energy you likely gave him. Some people on here sound super entitled. Alan has been my mechanic for over 15 years and has helped me on SO many occasions, in my times of need. Always fairly priced and reasonable! There's a reason his shop is always full of cars. Years of repeat customers that keep coming back for great service. He's always treated me and my son like family and 9/10 he fixes my car the same day. He has also gone above and beyond to help me get in contact with other trades, such as body work and transmission services. Even my family comes to him for their car service needs. Best mechanic in town.. in my humble opinion ?”
“Best gas prices around. Can get quite crowded at times and difficult to maneuver around. Receipts never print but I don’t need them. If I ever did I’d go inside. Worth it for me to not see trash all around or have them pile up in my car door.Seems to always be clean and the window wash buckets somewhat fresh which I I like. I HATE nasty water broken window washers at gas stations. This place keeps them maintained.”

“For the longest time I had stopped shopping at this specific location! The reason were two employees: one morning female cashier and one afternoon male cashier. These two employees were the utmost disrespectful, unprofessional, petty, and completely out of line in the work area, as clerks representing a company, in this case Arco. Now, the AMPM/Arco gas station is one of my favorite go to gas stations/ quick convenient stores, why you may wonder:1. UNBEATABLE PRICES, both in gasoline and goodies!2. VARIETY, this is one of the most underrated quick marts! In all honesty ARCO/AMPM, has more variety, better prices and the stores are bigger and cleaner than our beloved 7/11!3. Although the AM/PM app needs a little polishing, if you are savvy enough and if you have enough patience and data, you will be able to score pretty awesome bargains!On the flip side, and this is in general, something that I've seen in ALL ARCO/AMPM: One of THE WORST guest service standards, THE LOWEST customer satisfaction shopping experience, THE MOST TERRIBLE employees customer service training. Which in turn, I'd much rather pay higher gas prices, shop at way smaller stores but at least leave the store without ANY bad experience, for instance, many times I simply go to Chevron or Shell instead of Arco.However this has changed thanks to the graveyard shift female cashier here! Danielle is one of the best experiences I've had in a very long time period. Funny, no nonsense, professional, accommodating, immaculate store, fast accurate service, friendly yet firm.Utterly refreshing!Keep up the good work!If you get a chance, please visit this gas station and please let me know what your thoughts are! “Other stations in this area can't beat the station's location. after pumping your gas you can be immediately be on the 55 freeway. Just a tip if you are going north on the 55. Go downhill from the station into the Starbucks parking lot and after passing Starbucks on the left look for an outlet to Lincoln boulevard on the right. Attempting a right turn into Lincoln directly from this station will be very difficult unless traffic traffic is extremely light”

“I remember 7-11 since I was a kid in Orange County back in the 1960s. Sorry to see that the founder passed away recently (in his 90s), but he left a tremendous legacy.Today, I see 7-11 corporate and franchise stores constantly evolving their merchandise, much more than in the past. But again, technology and the 'information age' paved this evolution (along with Sam Walton, Walmart founder).One 'critical' remark to make regards franchise stores. There is a consistent issue of cleanliness both inside and outside.(1) Coffee Bars, Soda Bars, and self-serve food prep areas MUST be wiped-down constantly, morning - day - night.(2) Outside areas must be scrubbed, daily (or nightly).Some 7-11 locations look, well, "third-world," and they smell that way too.But overall, I look forward to stopping into a 7-11 location at least three times a week. Yes, Starbucks is nice, but they do not carry the 'selection' of a 7-11.”

“I know this station a little to well. Every now and then I get that call around midnight. "Babe, the Mazda ran out of gas" This location is no where near where I live, but in a area I frequent. Its also one of a few in the area with 24/7 access in a well lite area. Located in Orange at the corner of Tustin and Lincoln next to the Vons shopping center and brand new Starbucks sits this 24 hour station offering gas, snack station and car wash. Ive only been here for the gas. Im happy its 24/7 fir those late night gas calls.”

“Always below $2.50 which is awesome compared to $5 for regular gasoline right now. Just payed $2.19 the other day here and its always well light and super clean which is a plus. Love the newer updated 3600 psi pumps..they fill up fast compared to some stations that claim to be 3600 but we all know 36 psi is what they mean because your standing there for days it feels like Lol”
