I went to order a missing part for my rotor hammer they ordered the wrong part after that they said I had to pay to order the part again now I hope they send me the right part this time (they couldn't take back the part they ordered wrong)

The reps got a bad attitude!!The only sales associate in the store was the phone making small talks for 15 minutes, and would not acknowledge the walk-in client.Just order online and don't waste your time at this location.Not cool.
