I like Ross prices are good. Sometimes is crowded the lines are super long. They need to open more registers.

Store is in good shape. Fitting rooms are clean. Lots of great finds. The check out could have been a bit quicker but otherwise pretty good.

I was in the need of spoons so I decided to go to Ross in Santa Ana. First time being there and it will be the last. Never had I have to wait 1 hour in line. Have in mind there were like 80 customers in line all the way back to the dressing room. It felt like if I was in Disneyland waiting in line. Once I seen the Supervisor/ Manager I asked if she could have another cashier open and she said she was under staff. She had just release one cashier and she was open for a little while. Why couldn't she open to help get the line down? I told her it was bad customer service not wanting to open up and she replied with no is not. This is a waste of time to come here. I would not recommend this particular store. The Manager was rude. She was short, chunky with light brown hair. I recommend Marshals in Pico Rivera. They have great customer service and their customers come first. If they see long lines they open up to assist with getting the line down.

So today I learned if it says return policy within 30 days, they really mean short of 30 days! But the manager was very helpful and gave me back my refund

I was racially profiled by a non English speaking Hispanic women working the cashier registers today. A Caucasian woman approached her cash register to make a return skipping everyone waiting in line. I had to wait for everyone who was making a purchase to be serviced before calling me to the register….. 20 minutes later. I will never shop at this Ross again!Kathy Mora you need management skills! Treating a customer different because she is questioning the return policy is never ok. There was no need to keep me waiting 20 minutes in line before allowing cashier Jackie ring my returns.I urge all Ross shoppers to skip this store!

Bad service! I brought my mom to this ross and some employee name Jackie was so rude and had a big attitude towards my mom! She was rushing my mom on paying my mom was deciding on a shirt she wanted and next think you know she called someone next to ring up! And when my mom decided to buy the shirt she told my mom she had to line up again and said it with an attitude! Even though we never left the cashier!

It seems like Ross is now making you jump hoops when it comes to returns. I couldn’t find my receipt and have made returns using Apple Pay. I made my purchase using Apple Pay but the store manager Kathy Mora refused to accept my refund.

This store has a bed bug infestation. I I mentioned it to store manager Kathy Mora but she didn’t seem to concerned. Beware!!!!!
