4 year tenant, AC in unit stopped blowing cold air in the middle of summer. After 3 days of visits from maintenance to confirm the problem was chronic and not correctable, management authorized a replacement unit within 4 days.

My apartment is nice. Street parking is almost nonexistent if you have more than one car. Laundry room is good, machines are always operational. Never seen a bug in my apartment which is awesome. Overall, it's a great place to live.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Place is a complete s*** hole. Don't move here unless you enjoy sharing your snacks with the rats and roaches. SMH
