“Alex is one of the most helpful sales people I have meet. Through the process of getting a truck through Z Motors , Alex was there through getting a lender and was very communicative about all options available to me to the open lenders and helped me choose the best lender for our loan for our new truck, he has great vehicles for sale and very low mileage, we found our 2007 Toyota tundra that my wife fell in love with, and we drove from San Diego to Orange County to pick up our new truck, Alex made sure we were happy with our purchase and happy on the test drive and the truck ran perfect, my wife was extremely happy on the purchase, Alex by far hands down is one of the kindest and most helpful person purchasing a vehicle through Z Motors , thank you again Alex for all your help ! Chris & TamaraFollow up update after having the truck for 5 months , we are having starting issues and the truck turns off while driving on the road and contacted Alex about the issues we are having with this truck which only had 54,000 miles on it in which there mechanic should have completed any services or issues on the truck , making payments on a truck that doesn’t run at times nor doesn’t start felt as we’ were sold a bad truck with false pretense that this was a good truck , now dealing with more expensive cost to run diagnostics on this truck , shouldn’t be fair to a customer to deal with only having the truck for 5 months and no answer from the dealership or Alex about the problems the truck may have had, if buying a car from this place make sure to have a mechanic go with you to make sure your getting a good vehicle that runs .”
