“I wish I could remember the names of the staff who helped us because several of them were just amazing. Yesterday, 8/9/25, my daughter and I went into the store. She picked out several items to try on, and the staff were so helpful—finding the right sizes, helping us locate what she wanted, and even pairing things together.
When we got to the fitting rooms, one of the outfit zippers broke, and my daughter was so sad. We grabbed another one, but that zipper was messed up too, and she ended up in tears. The staff were incredibly kind, reassuring her it wasn’t her fault. They offered to either give us the outfit at a discount or order one online and ship it to our house. They were so apologetic and genuinely sweet about the whole situation.
They even went the extra mile to find another outfit, checked to make sure the zipper worked, and made sure my daughter left with the one she wanted most. I just have to applaud the young women working there for being so caring and patient—it really made my mom heart happy. We had such a great experience and will definitely be shopping there again. Huge thanks to the entire staff for all their help—it was truly appreciated!”
“We went to Nordstrom, Aerie, Hollister, PacSun, Abercrombie and Buckle last today. None of the other stores had employees ask if we needed anything at all or we couldn’t find anyone on the floor. Suzy at Buckle who I think was the store manager was AMAZING. She came up to us and asked if we needed any help, pulled sizes, introduced herself and checked on us multiple times in the fitting room. It didn’t feel like she was trying to make a sale but genuinely wanted to help! We left with 2 pairs of jeans! Definitely is someone who cares about her job. Thank you Suzy!”

I was finally as an Adult able to get the Ben Davis jacket that I've wanted since my first day of High School and boy oh boy am I super happy they had my size in-stock and available it was $100 but 100% worth every dollar. The owner and his wife were excellent, the store is small but wow does it have some of the best and highest quality screen t-shirts with a little bit of everything from Lowriders, Supreme to just ornate designs.Overall just a wonderful visit Thank you so much and I hope the business keeps thriving through the crazy economic times Many Blessings!”
“I found shorts, which is a miracle on its own! But the cherry on top was Liz who checked us out at the register and helped up get a great deal on the BOGO (which I had no idea about) and figured out how to split our purchases into two payments while maintaining the discount on our items. Literally a genius. She went above and beyond’s beyond her pay grade for us. I still feel bad for putting her through that but she was so kind and willing throughout the whole process! “We visited Tommy Bahama in The Fountains now that they closed their location in the galleria. This location was bigger with more selection. My husband fit into their XXL sizes and now in their larges since he's dropped 70 pounds. He liked their styling and fit at both sizes and I like the way he looks. He's comfortable and the clothes are machine washable which is a HUGE plus. This store loses a star because of how expensive everything is. A men's polo shirt is over $100. At least it looks good on.”
“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”

“We’ve rented 2 separate tuxedos on 2 separate occasions with Lupe. Both times she exceeded expectations with a customer service. We had to FaceTime my son and get measurements from him and Lupe did a wonderful job figuring out what he needed. She recommended the type of tux which was a Michael Kors one with cooling technology since we were going to be in Italy and it was humid. She got us the tuxes early and took care of everything after we got back, she even gave us extra clips to go over the buttons, just in case some were lost! Lupe has a great sense of humor and is lovely to talk with also. All of those dresses and crowns in her store are beautifully kept up and taken care. Any time we need a tux, we will always go to Lupe!”
