“LOVE LOVE LOVE This store. Was my first time in this afternoon and the woman who helped me was WONDERFUL. She made me a dressing room for a skirt I was looking at, and quickly grabbed some other things for me to try on. Was extremely kind and welcoming and I ended up getting the outfit she had picked out for me! The clothing quality is so amazing, and the options in store are cute with so much variety.”
“What an amzing shopping experience! I took my 3 year old with me expecting to try to get in and out quickly. BUT!! They have a whole LEGO section for the kids! So while I shopped and tried on clothes my daughter played with Legos. The sweetest thing was the owner of the shop (I think?) Literally played with my daughter THE WHOLE time. Needless to say, I will be back.”
“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”

Also, Kim was awesome with helping me get sizes I needed & giving me advice on how they looked. She even ran out to me when I was checking out to make sure I had the right size! “I came into hot topic in Folsom outlets on 6/22 to pick up a set of press ons I ordered online and found that the jewelry I wanted from a separate online order was in stock and Carson helped me find them and gave me the best possible price. “This retail store was disheveled at 6:30 pm. I’ve never seen a Nordstrom Rack had clothing thrown over the racks and on the floor. There were some really great deals throughout the store. We spent a good amount of time in the store shopping i in spite of the appearance of the store. We found a lot of deals in the purses area and shoes area. The ladies at the register were fast and kind.”

“I dropped in to get some more work appropriate clothes, and ended up buying other clothes too because I absolutely loved their style, stock and fit! There's a huge variety of options in this store with lots of space to maneuver around. Don't skip out on checking the sale racks spread across the store cuz there's definitely some amazing goodies hidden (and check the whole area cuz a lot of items were in the wrong sections - so your size could be in the larger section instead cuz staff just can't keep up with re-sorting them correctly i think). Friendly staff and service - checked if I needed help whilst allowing me space to browse in peace, lovely reception at checkout. They also had free wifi (handy for us overseas visitors), and restrooms - even though I didn't need it, something about how non-food stores in the US also has restrooms is really comforting and makes you feel more at ease with taking your own sweet time shopping.”

“I Must Compliment GUESS FOR A GREAT IMPROVEMENT. I went to this Outlet about 6 months ago and got into an incident with the Manager. I was upset because I was waiting in line for 10min and it did not move. The young ladies that were working there were doing there best but they had issues with one of the Registers and it wasn't working Right. I ask one of the young ladies if I could speak to a manager, one of the workers there spoke up and ask if she could help me and I simply asked if they could open another register because one of them was not working and there was a third register that was not being used. There were plenty of customers waiting, and she told me if I didn't like it I could leave her store. I then asked if she was the manager and if I could have her name. She told me she was one of the managers and refused to give me her name. I left inferiated and as soon as I got Home I Called the GUESS FACTORY CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND REPORTTED THE UNEXCUSABLE ACTIONS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.I JUST WENT THERE YESTERDAY AND THAT HORRIBLE MANAGER WAS GONE AND A NICE RED HAIRED LADY HAD TAKING HER PLACE. GREAT IMPROVEMENT. ONLY THING I THINK THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON NOW IS THERE HAD ALMOST NO MENS SHOES. I LOVE GUESS JEANS AND WANT TO COMPLETE MY OUTFIT. SO IF YOU CAN MAKE MORE MENS SHOES AVAILABLE FOR GUESS JEANS.”

“This Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store is one of the best stores in Folsom Premium Outlets. It is at the heart of the outlet mall. Close to everything in the mall. This store is always well organized and the salespersons are helpful. I can found what I'm looking for in a very short period. I can see the store does have a lot of good bargains in there. They are organized by size and color. Finding what I'm looking for is easy. The store is located in the middle of the whole outlet mall with many parking in front of it. You may have to park your car with a little walking to the store. They do have a few parking right in front of the store, but you have to be very lucky to get one!”

“I’ve walked by this store several times and never went in, and I am kicking myself for that!! The clothing and accessories are beautiful and of great quality! I found a beautiful dress to wear to a wedding in Hawaii next month, as well as some cute earrings to go with it, and even an amazing hair fragrance! All of this under $100 too! The staff were very warm, friendly, and helpful as well! Definitely going back for more outfits!”
