“Levi's Outlet Store is almost in every outlet mall I have shopped before. Some are more prominent, some older. This one in Folsom Premium Outputs is one of the Levi's Outlet Stores I like. The size of this store is not the biggest. But the store is well organized, and the salespersons here are more attentive. It has the same items as all the Levi's Outlet Stores carried. But the store layout is better. I can find the jeans or jackets I am looking for much easier in this store. The prices are slightly lower than the retail and development stores. But it is the exact items you can get at the retail stores. I love shopping in this store. It is less crowded here compared to the other store.”

“Hit the Folsom outlets this morning to find a dress for my wife. Volcom has some pretty stylish stuff and we found what we needed there. More importantly though was the prompt welcome and offer for assistance from Stephan. When my wife asked about other sizes (from the dressing room) he was quick to check and offer what they had. In addition to providing extremely good service, Stephan was very cordial and engaging in conversation, all while seamlessly attending to other customer needs as well. My wife and I left with a big smile after a very enjoyable stop in a retail store. Who knew experiences like this could be found in retail!”

“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”

“Under Armour is one of the biggest outlet stores in the Folsom Premium Outlets. The store looks new, and everything inside is well organized. They have a huge selection of men, women, and every kid's sports items. The price is better than the retail store. The check-out counter in this store has many windows available. The line moves quickly. I have a good shopping experience in this store.”

“Terra Cottage is my favorite local store to shop in Folsom. I love their clothes and they are excellent quality! Affordable price too! Their staff are always friendly and helpful! Katie has always been attentive whenever I visit the store.I usually buy online and just do local pick up. I also love their special live sales on IG.I’ve met Janis, the owner during the Sip and Shop event and even if they were busy that day, she took good care of me and made sure I was able to try on the dresses I picked and check out was pretty quick too!She is very sweet!I also appreciate that I earn points every time I shop.Thank you Terra Cottage for wonderful customer service!”

“So a couple days ago i went in here looking for a gift for a guy i basically knew nothing about. I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely nicole who helped me for so long picking out different options, suggesting different items, and really just going above and beyond. I was definitely a difficult customer as we had to go through multiple items but she was so patient and helpful it made the shopping process so so easy and fun. I also want to give a shout-out to jude who helped me as well giving different pointers and picking pieces from different aesthetics, i really really appreciated both of their help and because of them i will be returning over and over again. really great experience and both of them need a raise immediately. if any spots in management open up they are two candidates i definitely think you should consider!!!”

“This store always has a ton of sales. Their clearance racks are always awesome too. You can get shirts for under five bucks! Occasionally they have trouble stocking a variety of sizes. There have been times where there's only super small sizes or a bunch of large sizes. Quality of the shirt is not always the greatest but you do get your moneys worth.”

“The sales person was very helpful and pointed us at the right aisles and also showed us which ones had better promotions running. Have a good selection of workout clothes, Tees, socks and underwear for both men and women. The clearance section has steeper discounts but you might not always find what you want there but the other aisles had some kind of discounts running as well. Giving it five ⭐ just for the customer service that we were provided with. The other person seemed to be very friendly as well and was helping one another customer in the store.”

“Took my daughter in to look for Senior Ball gowns. We were welcomed and the manager helped us pick out dresses. My daughter ended up with a dress she would not have tried on based on the managers recommendation. I thought the prices were very reasonable and all were beautiful. Manager said they will be getting more gowns at the end of the week. The boutique has such cute clothes, I would say for all ages. Very cute bags and jewelry as well.”

McGill the store manager was super helpful with me in regards to a recent quality issue with a T-shirt that I bought back in December and helped me to get my refund back. “This Ross has some really nice stuff every time I've visited. Warranted it is not my usual Ross & I've only visited a couple of times. But they always have a nice variety of shirts & I was able to locate a very wide variety of Hello Kitty shirts so I was very pleased with myself. “This Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store is one of the best stores in Folsom Premium Outlets. It is at the heart of the outlet mall. Close to everything in the mall. This store is always well organized and the salespersons are helpful. I can found what I'm looking for in a very short period. I can see the store does have a lot of good bargains in there. They are organized by size and color. Finding what I'm looking for is easy. The store is located in the middle of the whole outlet mall with many parking in front of it. You may have to park your car with a little walking to the store. They do have a few parking right in front of the store, but you have to be very lucky to get one!”

“H&M is always busy with lots of people inside the store. This one in Folsom is no exception. This store is enormous, and many customers there try to find the clothes that they want. The prices of clothes and accessories in H&M are from low to medium with pretty good quality. They have clearance racks, and the price starts from a few dollars. The workers at the cashier counter are friendly and quick. The line is moving very fast. The parking in front of the store is hard to find parking. The parking garage is a little far from the store.”

“yo this review is fo matthews mattresses. we was too scared of matthew, gorgis as he is, to post it there so we thought we would tell his neighbors and see if they wanna tell matthew. ANywas the mattresses were so comfortable!! I was able to jump between them throughout the entire store and then take a nap and nobody gave a $%@! Anyways after i made my selections, I got rang up at the cash register by an extremely handsome fellow named Matthew. I could hardly focus on taking the money out of my pocket cuz I was so focused on the chizled jawline of matthew and those sparkling blue eyes of his. after a couple minutes of staring at him I managed to fumble a couple dollars out of my pocket and give it to him. I was so nervous that I wasn't able to respond to his "have a nice day" oh that angelic voice! anyway mattress worked great. put it outside my homie's prison window and he landed with no bones broke. 10/10”
“We had our daughter’s 9th birthday here doing their bracelet making class. Oh my goodness, we couldn’t have had it any better. Karyss was amazing! She stayed with our party the whole time, helping the girls every time they needed her. She was so patient and kind to all of the girls. They are 9 year olds, so there were many times of CRAZY during our two hour party, but Karyss was amazing and loved helping. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and kindness for all!”
