“Rod was completely attentive, showed me exactly what I needed in order to make the right decision on a mattress and base. I'm excited to try a cooling Tempur Pedic Mattress with a lumbar adjustment base for the first time. I had a Purple 3 mattress for 7 years that I loved but had to replace. Just to let you know, their 10 year warranty is legit and that's why they continue to earn my business. Rod is awesome and helped me talk through what features were most important to me about the mattress. Looking forward to good sleep and staying cool.”

“Good selection and reasonable prices. Your sales team was nice but they are clearly trained to push the extended warranty too hard. Online reviews do not support the value they claim so there was no way I was paying for future bad service and claim denials. The lower risk of just paying out of pocket for repairs is not that big a deal.”

Robert was so helpful in explaining things to us and when I explained to him that I have a bad back and I needed something more comfortable for me... He explained the differences in the firmness in differences in the mattresses and he was right on thr spot with the kind if mattress that would be more comfortable for me. “Great experience shopping for a couch with Sam! He helped me find what I was looking for in less than 10 minutes when I was in a hurry and only had a few minutes to browse! I told him what I needed, he showed me exactly what the store had that totally met my needs, and when I wanted a different color than the floor model, he texted me the old swatch examples on the spot! “Green acres is always a great time. I love their huge selection of plants and their staff is usually quite knowledgeable about how to care for the plants. Their pricing for pots can be quite expensive but their pricing for plants I think is fair. They even have ads that portray cool group planting ideas for plants so that you can mimic professional landscape decor.”

“Overall a great experience at this store. They have a wide selection of furniture, clothes, and other knick-knacks. My boyfriend and I came in 15 minutes before they closed just to quickly browse before going to an event at the volleyball club next door, and the staff were so friendly. They showed us dressers we might like based off what we told them, and they even offered to include a mirror that was not originally included to the dresser we picked at no extra charge. Because they were so friendly, my boyfriend and I ended up coming back and buying a few more pieces from them. They helped us load all of the furniture and even lent us a blanket to keep the glass from scratching. They were very friendly and helpful, and their prices were affordable. We will definitely come back to them the next time we need to buy furniture!”
“The LazyBoy store where I purchased my sofa has closed, another area store didn't answer the phone, so third try was truly a charming experience. The staff here answered all my questions, of which there were many, ordered the product I needed, finished paperwork remotely, all a 5 star experience. This store exemplifies the excellent service I have always received at LazyBoy. Don't hesitate to shop this store, you won't be sorry. “Great small location that gets the job done. Bad warranty policies from corporate not allowing direct replacement of similar models or comparable if previous model discontinued. Instead having to pay all of the inflated prices on the similar or predecessor of discontinued models. I should be eligible to get a direct replacement instead of having to always pick a new mattress and pay the difference especially if I loved the previous model that they discontinued such as the beauty rest black C-Class was discontinued and in place of it is the series 3 pillow top. But this is a great location and they have nothing to do with the warranty policies etc. Jerry was very helpful. Great staff, great location.”
