“I rarely write reviews, but want to lend my support to Ace Auto Care. I took my car in with brake issues, and they diagnosed several other issues that I was unaware of. They did not push any extra services on me, but rather explained which ones they felt were important to address and which ones I could hold off on addressing. We had a bit of miscommunication about which services I authorized, and rather than arguing about it, they simply reduced the cost and took the view that they wanted the customer to be happy. I hope not to have to take my car in anytime soon, but when I need to, I will definitely go back to Ace. I highly recommend them.”

“I brought my 2022 Crosstrek Subaru in for the second time. It only has 10,000 miles on it but maintenance agreement was up at the dealership. Last year he went over all the visits I had at the dealership and basically they just rotated the tires & changed the oil. I thought the dealership was doing more. I like Franks. Friendly and kind. I asked about my brakes and he said I have another ten thousand miles to go on them. I love that they are just down the street from Rossmoor and I have always heard good things about them. I had an excellent experience. Ride back & forth. Service was oil change & tire rotation. Plus the air conditioning so maybe that included a filter. I don’t know.”
“I was in immediate need of service to my car, and couldn't drive it back to San Francisco where I live as the car was overheating. I work up the street from the business and found them when I searched for nearby auto repair shops. Their reviews were great, so I called them and was told that I could drop my car off after getting out of work. They kept my car safe for the night and had it ready for me the next day. They easily diagnosed my problem and fixed it without delay. Needless to say, I was very grateful and relieved. Customer service here was friendly and I felt that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend them.”

“While traveling in the area my car had an issue on the freeway and I could not drive it, I was towed by AAA to this shop. Very fortunate to get to this shop - the staff were able to come out and check my car and even get it working so I could get home to my local area. They did not even charge me for what they did.
It is a stressful time having a breakdown especially with my family, but this shop really went above and beyond. I will be always grateful. This would be my go to shop if I lived in the area for my BMWs, I could instantly tell they knew what they were doing and were enthusiastic about older BMWs. I think the owner’s name is Fred and I really wanted to thank him! Kindhearted folks like this are hard to find nowadays.”

They take the time to explain and educate when their customers have questions and their website is also educational with tips on taking care of your car, which says a lot about them. Their invoices are clear, with breakdown line items of each part that was ordered and service provided so you have upfront clear communication about what they did and also future records. My partner and I haven taken our cars to them a few times already and are so glad we found our go-to local mechanics!”

“I come here because the location is convenient and the prices are reasonable. For my 210 Kia forte, a regular synthetic oil change cost $55. If I wanted full synthetic it would have cost me $80. They are fast with my oil change and they show me the clean oil on the dipstick at the end. They check the other fluid levels and refill my windshield washing fluid as well as vacuuming my air filter. I have been coming here for years and enjoy the service and experience. They also take card”

Brett and his team came highly recommended to me by my neighbor, whose entire family had their cars serviced by Car Care Service. Now I can honestly say I also recommend them too! I made an appointment for a Friday brake inspection as I was looking for new brakes for my older car. They inspected it and told me exactly what needed to be replaced and the cost upfront. “Came here for a synthetic oil change for my Audi. Carlos was very friendly over the phone and I arranged to drop it off in the morning for a few hours. They got the job done using Mobil 1 oil, which was a nice to see. He also ended up charging me less than quoted. They specialize in German and Japanese models, which is perfect for my two cars. And since they are both high mileage, I have a feeling I'll be back soon enough.”
