“I’ve been going to central automotive for the last few years and really appreciate the service I receive every time. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a consistent and reliable service center”
“Great place! Incredibly professional and unbelievably good in customer orientation and quality service. You guys are the best ! Cordial thanks for your work 👍”
“I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he is really very helpful. I find he is honest. When he could have charged me for unnecessary services he hasn’t. He takes my car in as a walk in and is always pleasant to work with. Lastly, his prices are very reasonable. I’ve been here a few times now and will say this the car is never returned with a new sound, sent, scratch etc as it usually is when you go to non dealer repair shops. Thank you Desi Auto Repair.”
“This place is the best! Mila is awesome. When my check engine light came on I panicked but Mila was there to soothe! Patience and diligence is their way. Car was fixed beautifully. Been going to them for our oil changes which are quick, prompt and reasonably priced. If you're looking for honest mechanics, go here!”
“My car broke down, and I brought it to Gilmore’s Auto. Josh truly understands how stressful it can be to have your car break down. His communication was kind and professional. Josh took the time to diagnose the issue and test-drive the car, then honestly recommended that I have it towed to the dealership because it is covered under warranty. His communication was excellent, and I truly appreciated how honest, helpful, and fair he was throughout the process. I highly recommend Gilmore’s Auto!”
“Had my car towed to N service Japanese auto repair. Matt was very professional and honest. Unfortunately the diagnosis was beyond what I had anticipated (the repair would cost more than the value of the car). I was given options on next steps (very honest and provided explanations) and will definitely use them for my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend for honest and good repairs.”

“I had a very good experience at Star Smog in Walnut Creek. They got to the car promptly, explained the issue which caused my car to not pass the first time (OBDII not ready), and how to rectify the problem, and re-checked it at a reduced rate (I passed). I will go back to them for my next smog inspection.”
“Free Wi-Fi, fast service and friendly staff. How things have change from 10 years ago. Lucky me with a $30 coupon. Guest Internet so slow it doesn’t register on the speed test.”

“The warning light on my Mercedes came on indicating there was a problem with the battery or alternator. Trent fit me in and got the problem solved promptly within 24 hours despite the fact that the shop was quite busy and their schedule filled. The work done was outstanding and Trent service was equally exceptional.”
