“After moving to Walnut Creek I was in need of an auto service repair shop; through a referral I started taking my car to Gilmore’s. Over the last year or so I have needed to take my car in for a one or two issues as well as basic oil change & have been very happy with service. They are very thorough in their work & have been really good on keeping me updated on repairs or service in general. They also are good about following up and checking in after service has been completed to make sure everything is in working order. Everyone I have interacted with is very friendly and accommodating. Josh especially is really great. Although their service fees are a bit higher than those I paid at my previous shop, I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. If you’re looking for a good Auto repair shop, I definitely recommend Gilmore’s!”
“I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he is really very helpful. I find he is honest. When he could have charged me for unnecessary services he hasn’t. He takes my car in as a walk in and is always pleasant to work with. Lastly, his prices are very reasonable. I’ve been here a few times now and will say this the car is never returned with a new sound, sent, scratch etc as it usually is when you go to non dealer repair shops. Thank you Desi Auto Repair.”

“I brought my 2022 Crosstrek Subaru in for the second time. It only has 10,000 miles on it but maintenance agreement was up at the dealership. Last year he went over all the visits I had at the dealership and basically they just rotated the tires & changed the oil. I thought the dealership was doing more. I like Franks. Friendly and kind. I asked about my brakes and he said I have another ten thousand miles to go on them. I love that they are just down the street from Rossmoor and I have always heard good things about them. I had an excellent experience. Ride back & forth. Service was oil change & tire rotation. Plus the air conditioning so maybe that included a filter. I don’t know.”
“Had my car towed to N service Japanese auto repair. Matt was very professional and honest. Unfortunately the diagnosis was beyond what I had anticipated (the repair would cost more than the value of the car). I was given options on next steps (very honest and provided explanations) and will definitely use them for my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend for honest and good repairs.”

He showed me the procedure and confirmed that he did everything that he said he was going to do and did a great job! He showed me the dirty fluid and how he does the fluid exchange . I felt that my work truck was serviced properly and they took great care to make sure of it. I will be back on my next service! Great service, great crew!”
