We run a tree service, so our equipment is our livelihood, and they’ve always been upfront about their process. They communicate clearly, give realistic timelines, and always call before doing any repairs. Their diagnostic fee goes toward the repair if you move forward, which is completely standard.
One thing I really appreciate is that they don’t pressure you. If something isn’t worth fixing, they’ll tell you, and if you choose not to repair, they return the equipment as is after diagnosis, which actually saves us time when we handle repairs ourselves or use parts.
Also important to mention, my family is Mexican, and my dad speaks very limited English. He’s been going there for years and has always been treated with respect and patience.
