“Had to replace the 12v battery for my 2014 Ford Fusion in a pinch. When I called Autozone they had me on hold for 20+ minutes, I hung up and called O'Reilly's and they helped me right off. They had the battery in stock and the best price (still pricey, but it is everywhere).
Got down there and was helped by Adrian, absolutely great guy. The install was a bit of a pain but Adrian took some time to help me out and was a life saver. Great experience overall for something that was an unexpected cost and inconvenience, but Adrian and O'Reilly's saved my week.

“Often times we only leave reviews when we've had a bad experience, I must say, my transaction started off a little rocky due to misinformation provided by customer service, however, shout out to Blaine on the e-commerce team. After several email communication's between he and I over how I would be reimbursed for my CORE chg. on a transmission I purchased, I thought I was not going to be able to get my money back due to I don't live in any area where B & R is located. Blaine went over and beyond to find options to make it possible for me to get my CORE chg. back, although it's only $60 every penny count's with me as I'm a single parent. What I appreciate the most is that he was willing to go out of his way to satisfy the customer, he added a human touch to the email conversation's which is so important these days. I'm hoping that my transmission is as good as the service I have received so far. I will definitely use B & R in the future and will recommend to family & friends.
