“Ken, I spent all morning calling around and was able to get ahold of Ken. He told me that he was full of other jobs today, but then paused and asked what needed to be done. I told him and he says I'll push my other projects aside bring your truck on in. Ken was incredibly polite and had a 30 minute conversation with me. He told me it might take 3 hours, I called him after 2 and he had the repair finished!!! Cannot recommend enough. He's the only one in his shop though so you might have to wait in repair.”

“Truck in, truck out. I have worked with Miles on several, shall we say, unusual service opportunities. He has the charisma and delivery of the service requirements that make those situations a bit easier "going down"; and it is handled. Although my GMC has had issues, it is a quality used vehicle, that is just life. However, the back up from Oroville Motors was fantastic. Any dealership can sell you a vehicle, very please I bought mine at Oroville Motors...for the back up!”
“Stopped in to schedule an alignment.
I was quickly greeted and then waited only a moment before a mechanic inquired as to my needs.
Josh took a quick look around the wheel wells and offered to pull it in the garage right away, explaining work to be done and potential issues.
15 minutes later he calls me into the shop and goes over the alignment settings and how and where he made adjustments. Tightened it all up and took it for a test drive.
Less than an hour, 45 minutes maybe, I’m back in the road, no wobble, driving straight and true.
All for less than the initial estimate.
I have full confidence in these guys to fix it right with no unnecessary additional repairs. I’ve read great reviews of Gilbert’s, and my expectations were highly exceeded.
I will go here first for any future repairs, and if they’re too busy to fix it same day, I’ll wait or come back. This is now my spot.

“I went for an oil change at oil changers and had a leak in my coolant. They recommended Jose. We came on a very busy day, even the oil changers had lines on both sides down the street. Jose graciously not only took a look at our vechile, but offered us a opening in the morning to help us out! Very helpful, honest, and totally could have brushed us off for being too busy, but he took the time and helped. We will be coming here for any future car needs in the future. “Overall very pleasant. 60,000 scheduled maintenance. Friendly, thoughtful, shuttle driver Ramone and Cheyenne also did a great job writing up the service order. Free shuttle to breakfast and then to and from home to Paradise. Truck washed and interior cleaned. Maintenance was pricey but extra perks made it less painful.”

“I usually do most of my own work. But I didn't have a place to weld and service my catilac converter on my muffler system. I heard about this place years ago, and I've referred many people here. Because my source was very reliable, being my Uncle. Well I didn't hesitate or question them when it finally came time of need of service.
Wahoo, the main thing about there service was Old School. Quick, fast and efficient. No bla bla bla, but this is what you need, this is the cost. And boom I was signing my receipt and down the road. “Was camping at Lake Oroville and had an epiphany that I might be able to get a recall done while I was up there, instead of waiting forever for my local dealership in San Jose. These guys got me taken care of in just a couple hours and even washed my Sienna for free.

“AAA connected me with Brower's last night, roadside assistance for a tow. My tire blew out. They share live location while your waiting and notify you when they arrive. The driver, Jeffery was there hooking up my car within a half hour & had me back home within the hour . Would definitely recommend this place.”
“I’ve been a Les Schwab customer for a long time and expect I always will be. Of the four stores within about equal distance of my home, I choose the Oroville store to do my regular business. It’s kept clean ( including the restrooms!) and is comfortable for those times that I wait for service to be done. Everyone there has always been friendly and professional. I never feel that they’re try to “up sell” tires or service, though options are always explained.”
