Honestly, I do pay a slight bit more, but they let me use a loaner vehicle, the job is always done perfect and I can really trust them. I’d rather pay the little extra money. “I had to wait awhile they were very busy but open on a Saturday! They were all working hard getting everyone attended to. Once it was my turn I was out of there within 15 minutes . He even wrote down information I needed for the unlocking tool that wasn’t given when I purchased the vehicle. He patched my tire the other shop told me they wouldn’t since the front one wasn’t one I had bought from them and had minimal balding on the outer edge . All in all it saved me hundreds of dollars. He let me know when to anticipate needing a new tire as well. I really appreciated his honesty instead of denying me service to get me to buy new ones . He quickly fixed it and didn’t try to swindle me out of money!! Super appreciate the information provided and how he compensated the service due to the wait time! Very polite as well . First come first serve I anticipated a longer wait he even took the time to walk me to the office where it was cooler . While I waited I watched him go above and beyond to price match and offer better deals to other clients . I had called ahead and while he didn’t have a direct answer if they had the correct tools to unlock my tire he wasn’t hesitant in any way in offering to at least check it out for me . He also let me know what time they stopped serving customers so I could get in before the cut off time. I also watched anytime the phone rang someone was sure to grab it, even with all hands on deck. The wait time I’d say was fair considering the amount of people . Their service time was excellent . I’d also say it appeared as though they had good relation with some of their clients . A lady in the lobby explained her experience with them replacing her tires and she said she’s been going ever since . I’ll definitely be returning simply due to the level of honesty and their consideration for the time I spent there !”

Not only were they completely understanding but they gave us a used tire to keep us rolling that day. I cannot express the kindness and understanding that we got from these wonderful men. Best decision ever. Oroville Motors (Ray) transformed my 2016 Subaru Outback to almost New specs. Don't know what was done before because I believed they did the work BUT Ray's team made my car better than NEW!! My new go to place in Oroville!! “My daughter bought her first car 2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Michael Tucker of Oroville Toyota Chevlolet Cadillac hassle free and got exactly all the numbers that were promised online. My whole family travelled for 2.5 hours one way on a Saturday morning, although the travel was long, it was well worth it. My daughter and I, test drove the car, signed paperwork and she got what she wanted. She was just a bit late on her afternoon work and she was able to drive the car all the way back to the Bay Area with her mom riding with her. The whole team from Oroville Toyota Chevrolet Càdillac from Michael Tucker, finance guy, sales manager and whoever else help in the sales process is an excellent team. “Ken, I spent all morning calling around and was able to get ahold of Ken. He told me that he was full of other jobs today, but then paused and asked what needed to be done. I told him and he says I'll push my other projects aside bring your truck on in. Ken was incredibly polite and had a 30 minute conversation with me. He told me it might take 3 hours, I called him after 2 and he had the repair finished!!! Cannot recommend enough. He's the only one in his shop though so you might have to wait in repair.”

Turns out my issue was covered under extended warranty, and they had the part to fix it in stock. I was able to get my car back the same day and now it runs good as new!”
