“Hust Brothers is a parts store unlike any I've seen. Each of their branches has in incredible amount of inventory, and on the rare occasion the local store doesn't have it, the part will arrive later that day from their colossal Marysville warehouse. The staff in Gridley is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the mile to find the parts you need. Being part of an agricultural community, the Gridley store is used to dealing with odd tractor parts and have been able to find everything from high pressure hydraulic filters to ignition parts for a 1940s tractor.”
“While I typically don't buy auto parts at Napa, the store in Gridley is making me change that. I have started using their house brand items, especially the hose clamps, which are high quality (typically made in the USA) at very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, and familiar enough with agricultural products to find or order the correct parts. I have run into issues where they don't have a large enough quantity in stock, specifically when I purchased an electrical rocker switch - they only had one in stock.”
“Unfortunately my service light for my left signal popped up. I decided to take my chances with stopping into the store 4 minutes before closing. From the moment I walked in the store Alex greeted me and checked for the part which was in stock. I needed some assistance with putting the bulb on and surely Alex helped me with no problems. “Fantastic Staff! I purchased a car battery for a Ford Bronco and brought it over for them to help me change it out after I couldn't do it myself. I had never changed a battery for this model and could not figure out why it was stuck.
One of the managers, Alex, was so helpful in having Marco and Octavio figure out the process! They took the time to research the proper way to remove the battery -- which included have to remove the air filter and cover in order for it to slide out -- despite seeing how much more involved than usual it was. Not to mention it was in the afternoon May heat!!
