“Ken, I spent all morning calling around and was able to get ahold of Ken. He told me that he was full of other jobs today, but then paused and asked what needed to be done. I told him and he says I'll push my other projects aside bring your truck on in. Ken was incredibly polite and had a 30 minute conversation with me. He told me it might take 3 hours, I called him after 2 and he had the repair finished!!! Cannot recommend enough. He's the only one in his shop though so you might have to wait in repair.”

He has the charisma and delivery of the service requirements that make those situations a bit easier "going down"; and it is handled. Although my GMC has had issues, it is a quality used vehicle, that is just life. However, the back up from Oroville Motors was fantastic. Any dealership can sell you a vehicle, very please I bought mine at Oroville Motors...for the back up!”

“I went for an oil change at oil changers and had a leak in my coolant. They recommended Jose. We came on a very busy day, even the oil changers had lines on both sides down the street. Jose graciously not only took a look at our vechile, but offered us a opening in the morning to help us out! Very helpful, honest, and totally could have brushed us off for being too busy, but he took the time and helped. We will be coming here for any future car needs in the future. His service and care from this first meeting guaranteed our business back. Thank you truly Jose for your time ?”
“I had to wait awhile they were very busy but open on a Saturday! They were all working hard getting everyone attended to. Once it was my turn I was out of there within 15 minutes . He even wrote down information I needed for the unlocking tool that wasn’t given when I purchased the vehicle. He patched my tire the other shop told me they wouldn’t since the front one wasn’t one I had bought from them and had minimal balding on the outer edge . All in all it saved me hundreds of dollars. He let me know when to anticipate needing a new tire as well. I really appreciated his honesty instead of denying me service to get me to buy new ones . He quickly fixed it and didn’t try to swindle me out of money!! Super appreciate the information provided and how he compensated the service due to the wait time! Very polite as well . First come first serve I anticipated a longer wait he even took the time to walk me to the office where it was cooler . While I waited I watched him go above and beyond to price match and offer better deals to other clients . I had called ahead and while he didn’t have a direct answer if they had the correct tools to unlock my tire he wasn’t hesitant in any way in offering to at least check it out for me . He also let me know what time they stopped serving customers so I could get in before the cut off time. I also watched anytime the phone rang someone was sure to grab it, even with all hands on deck. The wait time I’d say was fair considering the amount of people . Their service time was excellent . I’d also say it appeared as though they had good relation with some of their clients . A lady in the lobby explained her experience with them replacing her tires and she said she’s been going ever since . I’ll definitely be returning simply due to the level of honesty and their consideration for the time I spent there !”

“Amazing service. I brought my 1996 Blazer in for Rich to look at. My Ac went out last summer at the end and I'd replaced half the system and recharged 2 times myself both times leaking out. This time I took to a shop to look at since I didn't want to waste money leaking out Freon again. After searching reviews I brought it in and Rich at Oroville Motors, he checked some things out, replaced a couple orings and valves. He pin pointed a leaky ring I didn't change last year and that was the culprit.
Upon starting the blazer Rich noticed almost immediately my fan clutch wasn't catching and pulling air so he recommended I replace it. AC is working great and I just picked up a new fan clutch I'll replace myself so I don't have to look further for my overheating issue. All this help and no extra charges. Total cost 168. Thank you Rich!”

“Shout out to the crew at Braun’s- My Dodge Ram took a dump yesterday. Diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump. After calling 2 other shops, I remembered Brauns. Braun’s got my truck in quicker and at a much lower price that the other 2 offered. Braun’s has all my business now.”
“I usually do most of my own work. But I didn't have a place to weld and service my catilac converter on my muffler system. I heard about this place years ago, and I've referred many people here. Because my source was very reliable, being my Uncle. Well I didn't hesitate or question them when it finally came time of need of service.
Wahoo, the main thing about there service was Old School. Quick, fast and efficient. No bla bla bla, but this is what you need, this is the cost. And boom I was signing my receipt and down the road.
