Very amazing customer service. I was helped by a young gentleman named Ezra. He helped me so much with finding a shoe size for my wider foot, he was very respectful and did everything to find the exact shoe. Need more people like him.

What can I say, that ppl don't already know. Big 5 is an awesome place to buy sneakers. Sales lady is knowledgeable, and knows her sneakers. Friendly and easy to talk to. I'd recommend to shop at Big 5.
