“For a Ross in a town I've heard so many complain about, which I really like, this Ross is very clean, things are easy to find, clothes aren't all over the floor, the people are extremely sweet. Only time experience isn't so amazing when parents can't control their kids and it sounds like Walmart, but that's not the stores fault, they're always welcoming. Good Job Ross in Orville!!”

“It's in an area that is a bit scary. There are empty stores fronts around. It appears a bit sketchy. The store inside is cleaner than the chico store and they have more of a variety of items.”
