“This is my go to pharmacy, it's convenient to my doctors office and there is never any issues regarding my insurance coverage. Went in yesterday and the pharmacist gave me the Shingrix vaccine, he was kind and gentle, I certainly appreciated that because I was rather nervous. The convenient drive through is usually open without any waiting.”

“Yes there are often lines. B U T: great staff, good prices, and when it's your turn, they will take all the time you need. They have helped me get better prices on pricey meds. They have all my allergies listed and catch rxes I should NOT take. They know I'm pharmasensitive n a lightweight.They have always gone above and beyond, some of my rxes are work comp and they know the difference AND who should pay. When i was covid positive, they brought my rx out to my car. And here's the kicker, before I moved here and my daughter who lives here had miscarried...I went with her to pick up rx, the pharmacist at consult said, I know what this med is prescribed for, I'm sorry for your loss, could I pray with you? I will always use this pharmacy, the staff is phenomenal.”

“Stephanie at the Pharmacy just made my day. She bent over backwards to help me with the prescription order when I was going out of town. Things were kind of complicated in that I had switched doctors and yet she had no problem going above and beyond trying to contact my doctor for me and help me out when I needed my prescription filled last minute! She offered to help me with out me having to ask. ❤️ I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, and in a world where Customer Service can be rare, she is a bright shining star! I have always been very happy with the service at this store, especially at the pharmacy but also the workers in the store have always been helpful and friendly. I appreciate this much!”

“I have shopped at Raley's for 50 + years, both of my boys and granddaughters have also worked there. I was always able to find what I was looking for because the inventory was stocked in the same place over a long period of time. Raley's has now placed a Starbucks Coffee shop in this Oroville Store and repositioned most of their stock around the store to the point that I have a hard time finding what I am looking for. For some reason Raley's continues to move stuff around adding to my frustration. ??????”
